On the…read moresecond visit, the spots that particularly needed attention were gone over lightly, but were not well cleaned and left very wet--we firmly believe this was due to bad equipment, not the young man doing the work, as well as the short amount of time allotted our job. To rectify the mess left behind, we utilized an older, smaller Hoover cleaner with cleaning brushes that we own but is difficult for us to use due to our physical limitations and had much better results when we went over everything again. Called the Terre Haute office to let them know we were not pleased and why, and before I could fully detail the reasons, the manager/staff member began talking over me (apparently no one other than he knows about clean carpets) even after I interrupted his tirade and asked to be allowed to address my concerns. At that point he asked if I wanted their staff to make another visit and after the attitude he had dished out, I told him I would not want him or his staff on my property again. He then informed me they would give no discount nor refund and hung up on me. The entire time, I was speaking with a witness in the room with me and she confirmed I was never rude to the man, just trying to tell him how poorly the carpet was cleaned--again, due to what I believe is bad equipment. I would advise anyone considering utilizing this particular office to be very wary. Their website makes big promises that unfortunately do not pan out.

I called to let her know and she told me her daughter and husband had Covid anyway. What?? She never called me. I told her to please call me when her family is better. No call. Called Executive Pro Cleaning last weekend. Yes. They want to do it. I spoke with the husband who checked with the wife first. I offered Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. She chose Wednesday. Great. I called this morning to verify and yes. Yes we will be there a little after 5 when her husband gets off work. I asked her to call when she was on her way. 5:30?? No call . So I reach out. No answer. Left message. 6 pm no call. I reach out. No answering. Left message about how important it is. How I already have their money. How I do not care how late they come or how late they stay. However, we also decided to use ServPro for the remodel and have had nothing but regrets. They used the cheapest materials and subcontractors they could get away with. The work they, and they're subcontractors, did continues to disappoint us and deteriorate. It's been less than a year and everyday we find some other shortcut they took or shotty workmanship and that's just what we can see...
