5 stars all around! I went to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was very skeptical, but the sales…read moreassociate Margaret was amazing! YOU NEED TO ASK FOR HER, BEST MOBILE EXPERT EVER! She did a fantastic job at explaining all the plans and benefits of switching. I wasn't interested in switching but her explanation of the service made me switch. If you have a business, definitely open up with the business account. You can claim it on your taxes! The store is immaculate, always clean! I then asked her for a phone so that I could call customer service, she said she didn't have a phone to call customer service, because the call would take a long time. I went outside the store and had a live customer service rep on the phone within 3 minutes. I walked back into the store to hand my phone to the clerk so she could talk to the customer service rep, but she refused. The customer service rep said that it was wrong of the clerk to deny me a phone to call customer service and it was wrong of the clerk to refuse to speak to customer service on my phone. On top of that nonsense, the Spanish music is blasting. And while I was there, I saw another customer leave disappointed, apparently with the same clerk versus phone rep nonsense. I logged an official complaint with the T-Mobile main office, they were nice enough to waive the cost of my replacement SIM card after what I was put through at the local store. And interestingly enough, they found no fraud alerts on my account.
