I never feel like I'm overpaying, the cut is always exactly what I want, and the overall vibe is comfortable and easygoing. I don't have to overthink anything--if I want something different, I can say it, but most of the time I just trust Orlando and let him do his thing because he's consistently on point. Frank, the owner, is always cutting nearby, and I enjoy the conversations whenever we cross paths. All the barbers here do great work, but I personally lean toward my guy Orlando. I'm in weekly now, and it's become part of my routine because I know I'm walking out looking sharp every time.

I've been coming to this barbershop for over six months and have always made appointments. From…read moretime to time, either I've been running a little late or the barber has been running late, so I've always understood that things happen. Today, I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment to get my son's hair cut. When I arrived, I was told the barber wouldn't cut my son's hair because they already had someone else coming in -- even though that person hadn't even arrived yet. I completely understand if being late means an appointment needs to be rescheduled, but the way this was handled felt rude and unprofessional, especially after being a regular customer for over six months. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.

I had opportunity to go with "Chino" which this guy was available now, I know why he was able available is not that good. The vide here is that if you don't know anyone here you won't know how good or not is the person. It feels intimidated because if a barber has opening the don't offer you they assume that you waiting for someone it quite disrespectful. If they have opening they tell you I'm waiting for my appointment. Personally, if your appointment is not on time get someone that is actually on time that is there waiting that can be potential a new appointment that is going to arrive on time. The way that this place is being run with not high expectation or safety. It's ready needs to improve their system and keep this place cleaner instead of talking or setting down and ignoring people. Not very family friendly.
