She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. Hopefully this is our last visit, but if you're dealing with this frustrating issue, I highly recommend coming in and taking care of it right away.

It's a very neat job that Amanda does and she makes sure it's perfect before you walk out. I also like how even before Covid-19, she uses different needles for every customer, it's the customer's responsibility to take the needle after it has been used particularly for them and no one else. It comes in a small manila envelope with the color used on your session and date. Amanda tells you to keep it and to not loose it. Other than her beauty salon I have never seen it with more beauticians, I believe Amanda works well alone and she concentrates better. She likes to talk about her trips to Mexico, likes to hear back ground noise like the television playing and she enjoys speaking with her customer as they lay on her table.

Despite having an appointment, I had to waited about 30 minutes past it to be serviced, as she was the only one in the salon. While the service was fairly good, I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of not abiding by the appointment that she took from me when I called the evening before. What was the point of making an appointment if a favor comes first? Salon is quite small with maybe 4 seats to wait in. Parking is also fairly difficult with only street parking seeming to be the option. Too scared to book an appointment here again just to have her personal connections take priority.
