Magic Scissors - Love, love, love my new hair style!! - Hair Salons Near Me - Bell, California

Clearly Rosie does not know what curtain bangs are, Don't over book if you don't have time for your clients that have appointments...

I went in to get my hair bleached and dyed a deep purple. I was so comfortable with the woman who did it all. She was very communicative during the process and surprisingly attentive and efficient, considering she had several customers she had to work on whilst she worked on me. I thought the pricing was very fair; I have very long and dark hair. She did a beautiful job. I will definitely be going back for a touch up. read more

I recommend this hair salon to people that are looking for a hair stylist that is really reasonable with her hair salon prices. This salon has the best! hair stylist you could ever ask for. She does her job with so much passion, & Love that it makes you want to keep coming back. As for those people that have gone to other hair salons, & have had that experience of getting their hair fried, & or got a hair cut that got to the point that your hair has problems growing longer or back to the length you had it before you got your haircut, I can guarantee you that this hair stylist will Not fry your your, Will NOT over charge you, will NOT leave you with a bad experience. She has a great! Gift when it comes to meeting your every hair need you may have. I recommend you trust her with your hair, & I guarantee that you will continue to come back, & become a permanent customer. Please ask for (Rosie) Schedule Monday's & Sundays they are Closed. Rosie is amazing and truly the only person I trust to cut my hair. I was referred to her by a family member and I am so glad to have met Rosie. I can give her a call last minute and she always makes time to see me and cut my hair (she has time and time again squeeze me into her schedule). I am a busy person and really appreciate her willingness to give me a quick haircut when I need it. read more

The ONE & ONLY place I will come to get my hair cut. I have super curly hair so do my girls and they are the only salon that knows how to cut our type of hair. My aunts have been coming here for years and of course I had to give it a try. Everyone is extremely nice weekends are busy so make an appointment, can't complain love this place. read more

I don't care who tries to bash on this hair salon it's the BEST in town, I can promise you that! Not many hair dresser can live up to that expectation. I've been coming here for 10years and never been let down. The people who work here are professionals at what they do(except for this intern called "Samantha" don't let her touch your hair) I always was cut my hair with Rosey (who is the owner) especially when I have special events to attend I explain to her what I want to be done and does exactly what I picture in my head. It's gets really busy on the weekends and around the holidays. So I recommend you to make an appointment, arrive as soon as she opens(if you arrive before an appoint she'll take you, or let "B"/"flor" (the other hair dressers do your hair) Rosey is such a skillful business women she's also a barber and great with kids hair(of both sexes) Week days isn't a full house unless it's a holiday as I mentioned earlier. So if you catch yourself waiting it's worth it. I personally prefer waiting and having my hair done the way I want it then to go to an empty hair salon where they'll mess it up. "Busy" should tell you that they're doing something right that other places aren't. You must know Rosey does NOT take credit or debit. So you have to take cash or write out a check. There's also a ATM across the street and at the liquor/market called "jr.'s market". AND Finally There's always parking in the small street. read more

Love this place. Prices are very reasonable and Rosie has skills her haircuts are quick and precise.

They actually do a good job overall. But expect to wait a long time. I had an appointment at 1:30 p.m. and it's now 5 o'clock and they still are not finished with me because they try doing multiple people at once. Ridiculous read more

Great Cuts here!! Friendly employees who are passionate about their jobs. Feel free to ask them advice on your hair.

I've been here twice. The first time I came was for my sister's wedding to get style my hair with soft waves. Instead I walked out with very tight 80's looking curls. They were extremely crispy from all the hair spray they used. I didn't freak out instead I went home spritz some water and pulled on the curls until they become a bit softer. Not really what I wanted but it was better than what I walked out of there with. The second and last time I came here was to cut my hair. I was growing out my bangs and I wanted to get long layers on my hair. Instead she cut short layers all over my hair. My hair was shoulder length so the first layer was about two inches long. My hair looked very nappy and there was no way of fixing it. I was so frustrated that I cried when I got home. The next day I got up the nerve to go back and ask for my $20 back. I showed the owner the terrible job and after 15 minutes of arguing she gave me my money back. It wasn't really about the money, it was the principle of the whole thing. I mean there was no saving that hair cut. It took several months to fix it. I know it's just hair but when your 20 and in college, that shit matters lol! Anyway I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more
