He takes many customers at a time. He had like 4 customers. He kept asking customers to move chairs to make space for others. No personal service at all. My appointment was at 12:30pm and he didn't sit me on the hair until 1pm. My mom asked for a root retouch up for a light brown color and he put a red/orange color on her roots. He moved her chairs 4 times and when she was at the washing station, he left her there for a hour while he was blow drying other customers hair. He didn't put any conditioner or heat protector when drying my mom's hair. He quickly dried her hair to rush to wash other customer's hair. He didn't even show my mom the final look. She had to ask for a mirror. When she mentioned the color was not brown he just said well your blonde. My mom has dark brown hair in roots! She is not blonde. She left the salon with orange stains on her forehead and ears. Overall, terrible service! I will never go back!!

For the last 14 years I've had Mari (Owner/Lead stylist) and her team be the ones to handle my hair. I am not particularly picky about much but when it comes to my hair, it's a different story. I am extremely selective on who styles it and trims it... or simply touches it. Hands off, all!!! From Prom, Graduations, lazy days and some of the biggest events in my life, she has been my go to. Up-do's, straightening and curls/waves. I am confident that her team will deliver and make my hair look fabulous as they always have. As for having my hair being trimmed; I will only allow her to be the one to handle that. I am sure her team is capable of doing it, but I prefer for her to be the one to do so. She has taken me from waist length hair to The Bob cut (Which looked horrible on me). She did a great job, but I should have known that a really round face (My face was round..er) wasn't going to suit short hair well. She never fails to give her honest opinion and I trust her experienced judgment. Upon making my decision to chop off my mane she did express her thoughts on it. However, when I want something.. I want it and I do it. I did it. Thank goodness my hair grows quickly. Now, I am back to waist length hair. I love having full and long hair. When I desire change, she gives me subtle layers and bangs (to suit my face). If I say ' Only one inch' she eliminates just that. I've never had an issue with her getting scissor happy. I don't play with coloring my hair. However, I have recommended family/friends to her and she has done a wonderful job with lightening, highlights and/or darkening. She has products to help restore your hair for those who have damaged their locks. If you are looking for a stylist that will be honest. (She will not do a job she doesn't feel confident about, and will give you her honest opinion) A stylist with over 25 years of experience and reliable. Visit, Mari. Mari books fast, appointment highly suggested. Pricing is all depending on the services being done. I wouldn't say she is too highly priced, but she isn't inexpensive.
