Despite having an appointment, I had to waited about 30 minutes past it to be serviced, as she was the only one in the salon. While the service was fairly good, I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of not abiding by the appointment that she took from me when I called the evening before. What was the point of making an appointment if a favor comes first? Salon is quite small with maybe 4 seats to wait in. Parking is also fairly difficult with only street parking seeming to be the option. Too scared to book an appointment here again just to have her personal connections take priority.
