But I hung onto it like grim death because I was afraid to learn a new system. It took all I had to figure this one out. But finally, the day came and I had no choice. I was so fortunate to find Mansur and Tech Pro! In less than 24 hours, he was able to provide me a new computer that I could figure out and transfer all my data to it. On top of that, he patiently helped me get the new unit up and running. (Finding passwords etc, my personal nightmare) Needless to say, he will be my New tech genius moving forward. Update!!! Not shocked to say still a ONE STAR review. Today I got a phone call (he called me twice…read moreafter I hung up on him) from the owner D. Epstein! I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. I blocked him and got a police report. Be careful who you try to come for D.E. You got the right one. This is Miami and I'm definitely from Miami. I'm not going to play with you.

I've been purchasing from Alarm Grid for years, and recently decided to replace my Honeywell L5200…read moreLYNX Touch panel that was no longer functioning properly. I put it off for months, but when I finally started researching replacement options, Alarm Grid's videos and information were everywhere--YouTube, forums, and Google searches. After learning that my old panel was discontinued, Alarm Grid's resources clearly explained how to upgrade to the Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS ProSeries 7-inch touchscreen panel, along with adding the PROTAKEOVER module to maintain compatibility with my existing Honeywell 5800 Series wireless sensors. I ordered both the panel and module and received them in just five days with free shipping. Installation was straightforward thanks to Alarm Grid's step-by-step YouTube videos. I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. I also decided to add monitoring with app-based arm/disarm for just $10 per month. Nicholas Fuller activated my system remotely and made the entire process seamless. Huge thanks to Alarm Grid and the entire team for their expertise, professionalism, and top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!
