Needless to say, the quality of service is subpar at best and our roof has been leaking since then. We've called, texted, left voicemails, went through our Realtor to reach out to have SOMEBODY come out and repair the leak from the roof. We are STILL waiting for them to even SHOW UP and examine this issue! It's literally been 6 months and they NEVER came back to the property to fix the problem! This is truly the worst experience we've had with any contractor. Needless to say, there's still a leak and they have yet to HONOR the 10 year warranty! We've contacted the BBB and our family lawyer to handle this because we've exhausted all other options at this point. My husband HAS MET you during the roof installation sweetheart. Not sure what ME meeting you have to do with you NOT HONORING YOUR WARRANTY. Do you need me to upload the contract on here to show how "fake" this review is!? How convenient of you to have sooo much time on your hands to respond to this NEGATIVE review when you've canceled on yet ANOTHER appointment you made with us to look at the roof. Our experience with you has been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and that's been proven in text messages and call-logs and the lack of repair for months!

Their team is reliable, honest, and so responsive that I felt like I was some sort of VIP. From the start I found their quotes to be reasonable, and it was clear that the attention to detail they gave set them above the rest. They have painted my house, done work on my patio, have painted many friends of mine homes. Never once have I heard anybody give them anything but praise because they do live up to the standards we all expect. When they say you're home is your temple, they certainly treat it like that.

I tried to contact the Captians Painter for 6 months before they reluctantly responded to my concerns and sent a painter to do some touch ups. At this time, the painter and I found many other areas where poor paint coverage were discovered. Now less than 1 year later there are more areas where paint is peeling on the walls, soffit, and facia. I recommend you do not hire The Captains Painter. They did very poor preperation and painting work at my home. I am no hiring another contractor to repaint the areas that are peeling. This is very disappointing.

If he were truthful, I would've just prepped those parts myself. - Many parts of interior trim weren't painted with a single complete coat. You see bare patches of old paint. - Lots of drips. They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. So you never know how good a job you get. But you still pay top dollar for possibly mediocre work.
