I found reviews on Yelp for Engines Express and they were all very good. I called the shop and they were very knowledgeable and professional and I felt comfortable with them. I managed to get my vehicle to them just before they closed for the weekend. They called me early in the day on Monday after troubleshooting and gave me their findings. We agree to a course of action. They ordered the parts and completed the repairs Tuesday morning. I am very pleased with Engines Express. If you are looking for an automotive repair service in East Texas, I highly recommend Engines Express.

I spent around 2700$ for 8 new sparkplugs and a new turn signal lever. $350 of that was just for showing up at their garage. They charge a flat 170$ off the top no matter what, and they dont do anything for that. Not air in your tires, they dont top off fluids, vaccuum the car, clean the glass. Just a gouge at the beginning and you get nothing in return. I will not be going back. But, if you dont mind the cost for nothing, they are very fast and very good. This a an issue that I have had several other "experts" attempt. One insisted that there was no problem, but the batteries were dead the next day. The last told me my 2 year old alternator was bad. They installed a new one and of course the issue remained. I spent several hundred dollars and knew immediately when I picked up the truck that the "mechanic" did not have a clue. He told me "well you know these old trucks, if you park it for several days require you to disconnect the batteries!" A total fool. How many trucks would Ford sell with that disclaimer? I would recommend EQ.
