This shop lacks integrity. The owner Donald and employee Samuel are very rude! They do not return…read morephone calls once they have your vehicle. They switched out my new battery for an old battery. They put a screw in my new radiator drain cap. They sent the truck back to me still leaking oil twice. When Donald (Donnie) the owner came and got it the last time to actually fix it right, they charged for other non authorized work when the truck was picked up. They left a dust cover off and put it in the back of the truck, and a bracket was dangling underneath. When I said something about the charge, Donald then told me to bring the truck back and he would put the old parts back on instead of making it right. He refused to give me back my new battery or replace the radiator they put a screw into. Save yourself the extra headache and time with this place. I will be filing suit.

Sam is a clueless fool and extremely unprofessional was told truck was ready for pickup after doing a warranty replacement for the 3rd time one rear main seal. After speaking with Sam he did not understand the reason for the truck being there for the 3rd time on a WARRANTY instead wanted to blame the oil pan for being bent. when the 1st time they had the truck they did not push the transmission all the way to the engine possibly damaging the oil pan, the dust cover on the transmission (which they didn't not replace they just left it off after claiming it somehow got bent. They put a bunch of silicone on the rear main seal WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE DONE. We installed a new radiator when they removed the drain plug to drain the coolant they some how messed up the threads and so to prevent it from leaking they put a phillips screw in it. Sam just wants to argue instead of resolving the issue and tell customers he does NOT want to deal with them. Donald and Sam are buddies.
