I was also a little shocked when i signed the contract and owed quite a bit more for gratuity and taxes (it's just that I didnt expect to pay more, but I still gave it a go). Maya was very patient and sweet as I changed the date 3 times. They showed up 2.5 hrs prior to the party to set up everything, they were ready right in time.
