We were able to get an appointment right away and everyone there, from the receptionist to the vet tech to Dr. Singh were absolutely lovely. I was hoping that our dog had just cut her paw or pulled a nail or something relatively minor. Sadly, that was not the case and it looks like she's going to need surgery. For that, we'll take her in to our regular vet. I was so pleased with my experience, I'm seriously considering if we want to switch our regular vet. I highly recommend!

"12409 Lime Kiln Rd is where I'm at!" Mojo JoJo yelled redundantly. "BUBBLES!!! I have found you, third Powerpuff Girl!" Mojo JoJo laughed. Mojo JoJo paused to reflect, "But why were you so foolish to write your name on the door?" Mojo JoJo reached for the door handle. "Drat! I don't have an appointment, and an appointment I needed!" He glanced at his notes, before calling one of his humans whom he brainwashed with a head of Anubis statue, empowered by rubies he had also procured, to make the call on his behalf. With his appointment having been placed, he waited the requisite amount of time, hiding poorly behind a fence, until he could be "right on time" and knock. "And where are Blossom and Buttercup, your Yorkies?" one of the kind employees asked. Mojo JoJo grinned malevolently. The human he had transformed into a dog had remembered the names of his other two archenemies. "I knew it! She was foolish enough to write her name on the facade. Unwise even, I say." He then looked inside and begged their pardon for a moment as he turned to one of the dogs who had just luxuriated in a warm bath with, much to his chagrin, no longer extant bubbles. "Where is Bubbles? I am losing my patience! My patience is ebbing! One might even say waning!" At that point, several of Barks 'N Bubbles's canine clients began to bark in wonder at the oddly-dressed and Machiavellian-sounding chimpanzee; and Mojo JoJo lowered his head and realized he had been had. He saw how happy the dogs looked, dressed in their Halloween-themed bandanas, and how excited they were to be safely reunited with their owners and to be encouraged to pick out a squeaky Halloween-themed toy, and he paused magnanimously. "May I make an appointment for myself? An appointment I would very much like to make!" The Powerpuff girls would have to wait, and so too would the city of Townsville!

We want to take care of Biggie, however, we are seniors on a fixed income and we are already strapped with other medical expenses of our own. Also, I disagree with the doctor's recommendation that we not feed non-grain cat food to our pet. The latest recommendation by veterinarians promotes 9 out 10 cat foods which are non-grain. Cats are carnivores and the amount of grain that is put into some cat foods is excessive, causing various health issues. According to the labs that were run at our last visit. Biggie is a healthy cat. I believe - based on results - that is due to the non-grain diet we have fed him since we got him in September 2021.

I will start with reception: My dog contracted parvo virus when I first got her before she could visit the vet. The emergency hospital I took her to recommended NLAH as an option in my area for regular care. I reached out for an appointment and they were very friendly and responsive. They even did the due diligence to retrieve Lola's medical records from her emergency visit. Leading up to my visit after my dog recovered I had a few worries about parasites, they have a really convient drop of service to have your pups fecal sample tested without bringing them in. When they have the results they send you a text, super seamless! Office visit: They have one entrance for dos and one for cats which I thought was cool, I came right in and she got weighed and then there was a room we waited in for the Vet. My god the star was so welcoming and nice. I can stress it enough I felt so safe and comfortable from the time we walked in the door. Dr. Steere is nothing short of amazing. She answered everyone of my questioned and we covered so much in one visit, she was so honest and gave me all the info I needed to make decisions. She wrote up all the notes for the visit and I mean, I just can say enough about the entire staff and my time there. I just felt like everyone there loves their job! If you are looking for a vet please give them a try!
