I'm updating my review a year later because unfortunately the damage was not temporary. It has now…read morebeen about a year since the lash technician burned/damaged my eyelashes, and despite everything I have tried serums, oils, and other treatments the part of my lash line that was damaged still has not grown back properly. At the time, I already said it took months for my lashes to look somewhat normal again, but I never expected to still be dealing with the consequences a year later. This was not just a bad cosmetic result. I trusted someone with a service around my eyes, and I'm still living with the damage. I absolutely do not recommend getting lash services here. Please be very careful about who you trust with your eyes and eyelashes.

I used to come here when it was a mother and daughter running the business, but I haven't seen them for a while now. They were excellent, and they're greatly missed. Quality: The current staff do a good job, but the mother and daughter that used to be here were much better. The staff now aren't as warm and friendly, but they get the job done. The staff member who did my eyebrows in my most recent visit seemed to have the sniffles; for a job where your face is so close to customers' and where you also need to come into close contact with them, I don't think it's good to have staff come to work if they're sick. Vibe: Place is small and there's often a short wait because this is a popular place. They have about four seats but only two people working at once. Place is generally kept clean. Overall, I would recommend this threading salon!

So I was really nervous about going here after all that. But as soon as I met my stylist, Jenny, I knew I was in good hands! She was so sweet; totally didn't judge me for my horrible chop job which I absolutely appreciated. The salon was beautiful, clean and everyone very friendly. And now, I absolutely LOVE MY HAIR! Brow waxing - this place is great because it's inexpensive HOWEVER you need to instruct them on how…read moreyou would like it done. I like my brows thick, but not short at the ends. 7/10 times it is perfect. and 3 out of 10 times, i get my brows short and too thin sometimes, which sucks but sometimes the hairs on the ends of my brows will not grow back! I don't have a favorite person who does my brows, personally, they are all do the job the same. i think the older lady's though, think they want your brows to be thin. Brazillian - the first time I ever had my Brazilian done (at another place) I had the best waxing lady ever. she made it SO easy and made every tug manageable, so I have very high standards of how it should be. Now, the lady that does body waxing here does NOT give you relief! People who are trained professionally are supposed to place their hand on the place that they take off hair at, so that the tug comes with less pain. This does not happen here. This is SO important to me because it makes the pain of Brazilians worth it. But tbh I have had one too many hurtful brazillians here and I think it's time to find the next place. Prices for the Brazillians change a lot here, so I couldn't tell you how much it is...sometimes it's 40, sometimes it's 30. One time I was here, she didn't remove all of the hair so she said I should get a discount next time, she didn't give me a coupon or any voucher that I can redeem, she just said it verbally... well... how are they gunna know for the next time? Very stupid logic.
