At the appt I was very comfortable and we talked a bit about how she started doing henna when she was younger as it is part of her culture. I picked a photo from off her profile and asked to have it recreated. I decided to use jagua (which is till all natural plant but a different substance altogether than henna- jagua is NOT black henna) because I am darker and prefer the jagua stain on my skin color. I felt bad because they had zero customers. This should have been an indication. I chose a design that was in the $10-$15 range. they charged me around $28. I didn't say anything because again, I was trying to support their business and they clearly needed it. I tapped my card to pay, (including a $3.50 card fee, so it was over $30) for crooked lines and 30 seconds. The owner (I assume) was holding the Square terminal to complete my transaction. After my card went through, she told me I was all set, and I walked away. After I walked away, she decided to tip herself $6. She charged my card an additional $6 after I left and completed the transaction. She knew this was stealing and sketchy as I tried reaching out to her and got ignored. I had to reach out to my credit card company to resolve this (it was resolved in my favor). I can't imagine how many other people she's stolen from without them knowing. Apparently this company has done this a lot based on some Facebook reviews as well that I saw. She ignored them as well. Book with caution. They're sneaky.

I booked Sonam personally in November 2025, approximately nine months in advance, to do mehndi for…read moreme and several family members for my son's wedding in August 2026. I paid her a deposit and relied on her commitment for one of the most important events in our family. On the scheduled day, a woman arrived at my home and began preparing to do my mehndi. I naturally assumed she was Sonam. Only after she had been there for a few minutes did she tell me that she was not Sonam, but Sonam's "sister-in-law". I was shocked. At no point before the appointment did Sonam call, text, or ask my permission to substitute another person for the service I had booked with her. When I called Sonam and confronted her about why she was not honoring our agreement, she told me that she had gone to help another mehndi agency, Sajni, at another location because she could get more customers and make more money there. I found that explanation absolutely unacceptable. I had booked her nine months in advance, paid a deposit, and trusted her to be there. In my experience, she chose another opportunity over a longstanding commitment to my family because it was financially more beneficial to her. What happened next was even worse. Instead of apologizing and trying to correct the situation, Sonam became argumentative and yelled at me. She then told her sister-in-law to leave my home. Her sister-in-law walked out without doing my mehndi at all -- the day before my son's wedding. I was left without the service I had reserved months in advance and had to urgently find another mehndi artist at the last minute. No family should have to deal with this kind of unnecessary stress immediately before their child's wedding. Most importantly, Sonam never returned my deposit even though she did not personally provide the service I booked and her substitute left without performing the service. This was not simply a misunderstanding or scheduling issue. From my perspective as the customer, this was a complete failure to honor a commitment, communicate honestly in advance, provide the promised service, and appropriately resolve the situation afterward. For weddings and other once-in-a-lifetime events, reliability and trust are everything. Based on what happened to my family, I would never hire Sonam again and absolutely cannot recommend her services. Please be very careful before trusting an important event to this vendor.

The price is right $5 for brows (+tip). They have new promotion where if you purchase one of their facials you can get brows threaded for free...Sounds like a deal to me if you need/want facial services anyway. Parking is basically street, there is a side lot but park at own risk for its intended for another business on the strip.
