This was a pretty bad experience. I'm a Rideshare (Uber). For every drop off, Panet 13 gives Limo, Taxi, and Rideshare Drivers a $25.00 kickback. I went there with a friend on Saturday. I was taking the day off. My friend got in right away. Meanwhile the guy I was dealing with got on his walkie-talkie and started acting very suspicious, like I was in trouble. I asked if there was a problem and his answer was, "You're a Rideshare Driver, I have to make sure you didn't just drop off." I showed him on my app that I had no rides that day. He was very cold and dismissive. Once I had the clearance to get in, we walked over to Dazed, where they had a sign that says, "No tobacco or outside products allowed." They have lockers, so I paid $3.00 for a locker. The girl at the front desk was very friendly, and very helpful. This is why they are getting 3 stars instead of 1. Once we got in it was a different experience. The guy serving us wasn't very friendly, or assertive. We knew what we wanted, so it was easy for him. We paid more for product and taxes than what we would pay for 5x the amount at any dispensary in town. I forgot my cigarettes in the locker and didn't realize it until we were about a mile away. So, I went back. I went back to the same guy and explained that I had left stuff in a locker. Once again got on his walkie-talkie and treated me like a criminal again. He told me because I had had been there, I had to wait at least 2 more hours before I could go back. However, my friend was okay to come in and get it for me. Really, because you give us a measly $25, you think you can treat us like dirt? This isn't the first time I've been treated like dirt there. I will never spend another dollar at Planet 13! Btw if you're a tourist... Do some research, there are much better Dispensaries in the area, where you'll spend much less. read more

One of the coolest experiences we had while visiting Vegas! We shopped at planet 13 and checked in our bags into the lockers they offer for a small fee since you can't bring any of your goodies inside. We checked in online prior for less of a wait time, but you can also make a reservation at the desk. The ambiance was very cool. They really made the perfect chill ganja lounge with cool art, LEDs, and bong chandeliers. They have games you can play, we did ganjaland. We had a coupon for the drinks from the planet 13 wheel which was nice. The budrista really knows what he is doing, the drinks were SO good. We did the smallest amount of thc in the drinks (2.5 or 5 can't recall). We couldn't taste it which was nice, but also barely felt it. It was a very chill relaxed feeling. The last 24hrs I visited this fantastic lounge inside Planet 13 twice and overall had a wonderful experience with Jess, who provided stellar customer service and was a class act. She reccomnded a sativa which was served with black gloves on a beautiful wooden tray, with an ashtray and lighter. The presentation was truly impressive. The lounge is beautifully decorated and a very cozy space to enjoy your smoke. I want to also give a shoutout to Chris who was very attentive refilling my water and sharing great stories together. I enjoyed chatting with him. My 2nd visit Lori was my host and she was equally as lovely with stellar customer service with a pleasant smile. Cons: During my 2nd visit, the staff member who was a very rude young lady, handling the check-in process, stated there was absolutely no availability for 1.5 hours because I did not have a reservation. I asked to be placed on the waiting list. I checked my OpenTable account which is the platform used to make a reservation and found immediate slots available within 5 mins. I booked a rsvp and received a text stating my table was immediately available. Why did she lie about the exaggerated wait time? Why she was so nasty to me when I was extremely polite and gracious? I removed 1 star because of this sour encounter. Please consider a new front of the house representative as this staff and her unwelcoming behavior is intolerable. The Dazed Consumption Lounge lives up to my expectations. Did I lounge, heavily. Was I dazed? Better believe it. Hidden behind a speakeasy door, the vibes of Sin City were present. The art throughout the lounge was urban, but inviting. The lighting definitely took in the concept of the purpose and the music arrangement was appreciated. My husband and I were seated in a two seater against the wall, with great people watching views. Keep in mind, the lounge isn't large, so be prepared to be up close and personal with your neighbor at some tables. However, that said, it wasn't uncomfortable or cringy. The waiter walked us through the ordering process, providing appropriate recommendations when asked. We both tried infused drinks, and wax for the vaporizer (dabs). Let me tell you, I was skyyyy high. I'm a regular partaker in the green goblin of fire, but that wax sent me to a level of high I didn't know was possible. All I could remember was thinking "thank my lucky stars I'd ubered" because there was no way my legs were working after this! What's not to like? It's hidden away in the rear of Planet 13. You enter in the telephone booth to access the lounge. Do NOT have any cannabis, alcoholic beverages, vapes,etc. on you as this is NOT allowed in the lounge. Otherwise, you'll need to put it in your car or rent a locker for it. The bud tenders are friendly, but don't check on you enough to see if you'd like to order something else. You can make a reservation but it's not necessary. Our first time to Planet 13 and this lounge. When you first walk in you check in with your Id so not sure why we got checked again when we got to the lounge so keep your Id ready. Go thru the telephone door and they'll seat you. I wish they would let us choose where we wanna sit, that I didnt like, we asked about it and were told they would ask their manager and then never came back to us. Our guy came and patiently went over the whole menu. That part was good but the food is taken care off by another guy and it took forever to get his attention. I don't know if he takes the order then goes makes the food because he was not around often so they should improve on that. We ordered the High Tide Flight which came with 4 margarita type drinks with Prickly Pear which was our favorite, regular lime, strawberry and spicy jalapeño. We both felt we couldn't taste any alcohol in it and they got waterdowned pretty fast. We got a pre roll as well and it took us a few times to finish it as it was pretty strong. Roll was $20 and the flight was $40. Each mara-rita was $13 so the flight was a deal. The food when we finally got it was the mini waffles and chicken, the waffles were not done and super doughy and the chicken was super dry and definitely mini, won't get that again, the chicken nachos were pretty good, the chicken was long strips, should have been smaller pieces so we don't have to cut them to eat it with the nachos. This place is new and Im sure eventually they'll make some adjustments. I wish they had couches outside of their VIP sections, make it more comfy, chairs looked a little stiff but didn't get to sit in them because they put us at these tables with pull out cushion type seats. I wasn't that comfortable sitting there. The ambience is cool, they have a bunch of tvs, most of them played basketball games which was annoying, they could have played other things, they played music that was good. Everyone was nice and everything was good until this party came in with a videographer and 3 security guards with a dog and that changed the vibe. Imagine trying to enjoy your high and security come walking around with their German Shepard ...that was too much! You that scared then rent out the whole place for yourselves but that ruined it. It is a cool spot, reminded me of Amsterdam being able to go and smoke and chill. Hope they make some changes to make it even better. read more

We didn't pay too much for the flower that we did smoke. Just know that you have to smoke everything you buy because whatever you can't you have to leave.
