Unfortunately, the experience with this tree service was unprofessional, and despite cutting down…read moresome trees, they left an obscene amount of work to do including cutting the internet wire without alerting the tenants, left a fence torn down, ruined the grass in both our backyard and our neighbor's backyard, and did not alert when they would come back next. In more detail, they have been cutting down three trees in my yard for over six months. They have left cigarette butts, pop cans and tarps in my yard which makes it pretty unable to do anything in the backyard. They also gave no notice for when they would stop by, which required me to leave work and move the vehicles of my roommates in the middle of the day. They not only left their giant tree stump storage bin in my driveway for over a week, but they also left our fence torn down which can be a hazard if not careful. When I called to ask when they would remove it, they said "we will probably get to it this week or weekend." I would have appreciated a clear timeline, and urgency. I would not recommen this service to anyone who wants it done in a timely manner without any further damage.

I cleaned it up and had a large pile of limbs to get hauled away. While searching, I thought I would look for a tree trimmer to start talking about trimming the oak. I had four companies referred by Yelp coming at me. Paul from Red Ram Hauling was first to make contact and gave me a quote that Sunday. I did some more price checking and found his was good. They did major surgery on our tree that week. We now don't have to worry about limbs falling on our house or out in the street. Paul and his rather motley crew did a good job among some weather issues. We are very satisfied with their honesty and their work. He even hauled away some old wood we had piled up as part of the deal.
