It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

The crew arrived and made amazingly quick work of removing the 4 large pine trees and grinding down 5 stumps. They were very careful in their work near our power lines too. I was even able to speak with the boss on the job and ask to remove some additional trees we wanted done last minute, which was no problem and the additional cost was very reasonable as well. I am amazed with this team's knowledge and efficiency. The whole crew definitely knew what they were doing.
