I think the only way that they have been in business for 3 years is from all the tourists that have never been there. 3 of the 5 tables that was there when we were said they would never go back. The grounds were gorgeous and 2 of these stars simply go to Oscar, the resident cat mascot here. Oscar walked the hilly trail with us and accompanied us on our tour of the grounds. My BF was so enamored with Oscar that we might have to stay at one of the honeycomb suites just to lure Oscar into staying a night with us, LOL! So back to the restaurant here--wow! The ambiance was classy, modern with a classic twist and filled with complementary lighting for that romantic view. Our waiter was animated, warm and very knowledgeable about all the dishes. I ordered a fresh brewed coffee and a small cream stick donut. Jitters serves Crimson Cup coffee which is known for their award winning coffee. The donut was fluffy, fresh even in the afternoon, and delicious. I appreciate that they have a regular and half size cream stick Jitters has several different spaces to enjoy if you stay to enjoy your coffee, baked goods, or food items. They have a typical dining area and a cozy area with comfortable seating. There is also a designated area for kids. In addition to coffee I saw to go drinks and foods. Their coffee menu is typical of a coffee shop with seasonal drinks as well. I believe they have meals including handmade sandwiches. They sell crafty mugs, candles, sauces, journals, Bibles, and crafted items. A must visit if you are in the area.
