She kindly guided me through the whole process. Further, I have been a salesperson for the last 7 years in my day job and was thoroughly impressed by Leah's "sales pitch" of the big machines! She let me know the differentiators of the fact that the water passes through the washer instead of collecting and how the big dryer fluffs comforters nicely. "You're going to love it!" I didn't expect that, but it was a wonderful experience! She was skilled in the art of framing! Also, time is money, and these machines did these large loads super-fast, so the cost was worth it! The Single Load washers are $2.00 a load (not $1.75 as it says in the information below) and take between 28-34 min depending on which setting you use. The dryers are $.25 for 7 minutes and they work fairly well. The signs are very easy to read and comprehend, and there were plenty of places to sit, watch TV, or use the free Wi-Fi. There is even a nice little ice cream shop next store that customers can go to while they're waiting. I will definitely be back!

There was stuff everywhere. The floors were filthy. Upon arrival I found a clean well appointed business that was welcoming and pleasant to spend time in! I was able to do my own laundry in a short amount of time with no issues. Looks like it was recently renovated with new flooring, paint and washing machines. They have 6 Huge dryers at .25 cents for 4 minutes. They have 7 washing machines the smallest one is 3 load capacity for $3.75 (25 min). The larger one is 5 loads for $5.50. They also accept credit cards in the washing machines which is convenient. The soap dispenser machine is $1, however they dont sell dryer sheets so you may need to bring that yourself. Free wifi here and a little table to sit on while waiting. Super cute place, but I didnt see any bathrooms available. Ample parking on the street and about 1 mile from downtown Cincy.

Queen City…read moreLaundry has a good number of machines of various sizes, bigger than you might expect from the exterior of the building. It's clean, air conditioned and has free WiFi. Plus, soap for sale, snack/drink vending machine, and bathrooms. The employee working was great, friendly and very active with cleaning and engaging with customers. I needed to wash a comforter and paid $7 for one of the 40-lb machines. It took 3 dry cycles at $1 each to get the thing dry--but not bad for $10 and an hour and a half of my time. The main downside is that the machines here only take cash and specifically only coins. There is a change machine which only spits out $1 coins. Great for the laundromat, not that useful elsewhere. I saw online that other locations now offer pay with card and that would be a little more convenient. Queen City Laundry also offers drop off service for $2.09/lb (10 lb minimum) and will clean your comforter for you for $19 (or $29 if it's down). They were also advertising their rug cleaning service, which I would look into using in the future.
