I did not see anything that was dirty on this dishwasher, it was 100% cleaned before it came to us. The guy doing the delivery was wonderful, as well as the people in the store, and their prices are great. We got a dishwasher, including delivery, for $90. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience, and will definitely return when we need more appliances!

So her we go... I bought a fridge from American Freight in August of 2020 not realizing that they were no longer the Sears Outlet. I was told I was buying a new fridge that was returned because of a medium dent on the back side. It was working and cold inside and was $300 cheaper than the competitors. Paid $79 to have it delivered and I thought set up. Fridge shows up and they drop it in my living room, only after arguing because they didn't want to bring it up the 3 steps on my porch and was going to leave it on my walk. So I called my son to help me get it in the kitchen and hook it up. In doing so I realize this is not the fridge I picked out and was in fact a used fridge with spilled moldy food behind the drawers that they taped up to look like new. Plug it in and it doesn't work. Call the same day and they inform me they don't give refunds, only a replacement. I go to the store and see the one I originally thought i was buying. Told them this and was told the sales clerk must have made a mistake. Agreed to the replacement with the original one I looked at, but then had to pay another $79 to have it delivered. Fridge showed up once again and once again it's a different fridge with broke parts inside that didn't work. Went thru the whole process again, but this time the new fridge was nowhere to be found. Found a working one with missing and broke parts inside and then I had to piece it together from three different fridges to get a complete fridge. This time I brought help and took it home with me. I hooked it up and it worked, so I thought OK, I learned my lesson and I will just never go their again. Luckily I bought the extended warranty, Because as I am sitting here a year and a half later, waiting for the repairman to show up for my 14th service call, everyone of which ended up in a fridge full of spoiled items and having to go without a fridge for up to 2 weeks while I'm waiting for a tech to show, I decided to write this review. The repair company has replaced everything that they can think of and each time it works for a little bit before its out again. They have tried to put in for a replacement fridge with Kenmore, but American Freight is listed with all the major manufacturers as do not replace their Appliances. So there you go. Make your own decision if saving $300 dollars is worth all this trouble. For me, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We called them just yesterday on a problem with our new washer after we moved and they discovered it right away and discovered a pipe leak that we didn't know with the hook up of the washer in our new home that needed to be corrected. They did not move the washer, but they spotted the incorrect hook up and leak while they were here anyway! That is the way they have always been over the last 20 years or so, we may have one problem to be taken care of, but they check to make sure nothing obvious related to it exists as well. Everyone on the team is extremely good at what they do. Reasonable cost, great service, quick and very professional. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is looking for a new appliance or wants to take very good care of the appliances that they have and prevent problems from occurring in the future and fixing a present problem quickly.
