My worst experience ever with a "medical professional". She looks at data only and does not listen…read moreto what a patient tells her about his or her medical history. The worst part is she is callus in her treatment of patients with serious issues. During my appointment unexpected critical health issues were discovered and the exam took longer than is typical. At the end of the exam I heard her tell her MA in the hall and I quote "Let's get him out of here, we'll be lucky if he makes it out of the parking lot". She let me walk out of the office and even failed a prescription that was critical to my condition. I can only wonder how many of her patient's lives have been shortened by her lack of concern. I could have read the blood tests myself and just gone to a web page and gotten better medical treatment / advice. Because she has input to the computerized records of her employer, she entered errors in my medical records which keep coming up when I see other specialists. I now find myself constantly being asked about conditions I do not even have !! Not recommended. She was unprofessional, uncaring, and not competent enough to even enter anything into a person's medical records. I would have given no stars but the web page does not accommodate that entry.

I was first seen by LeAnne who was very pleasant and informative. Then Cheryl came in and explained natural hormone replacement to us. I believe Cheryl really cares about your health and will spend as much time as needed with you, which is something I've never had with a doctor. I've been looking for someone that wants to keep you naturally healthy instead of prescribing chemical and/or synthetic drugs that destroy your way of life, and I found her. I have been struggling with menopause for the past five years. She is the first that had me feeling better within days of my visit!! Yes, they do take insurance plans, but that plan might not cover everything. It's not her fault that the male dominate insurance companies will not pay for natural hormone replacement. As for the office staff they are very friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem with someone answering the phone when I call. I will be recommending New Creation and Cheryl to everyone!!

Instead we were charged for the visit, not treated, and still had to go down down the street to the urgent care to get a very basic need met. The second time, my husband asked for labs because of very specific symptoms. After reluctantly ordering labs, she confirmed his testosterone is low, but she's not going to treat it because she believes in "holistic medicine". We were told to go to a urologist. HOLISTIC MEDICINE? All NPs take an oath to TREAT their patients, not charge for an office visit and turn them away. Truly disgusting ethics from Sylvia Kwon.

She said because I was low risk and not having symptoms Cologuard was a good option for me. She said she would contact me if the test was positive. I didn't hear anything from her so I figured my test was negative. 2 years later 2024 I began having stomach pain so she ordered a CT. I ended up with stage 4 colon cancer. I contacted Cologuard wondering how they missed this and to my horror they explained they sent my POSITIVE results to Kimberly and she never told me.
