She said because I was low risk and not having symptoms Cologuard was a good option for me. She said she would contact me if the test was positive. I didn't hear anything from her so I figured my test was negative. 2 years later 2024 I began having stomach pain so she ordered a CT. I ended up with stage 4 colon cancer. I contacted Cologuard wondering how they missed this and to my horror they explained they sent my POSITIVE results to Kimberly and she never told me. I saw her 9 times after the test and she never said a word. Early detection is key and Kimberly stole that from me. I highly recommend you seek a quality PHYSICIAN and steer clear of Kimberly Isaac.

I lost my primary care doctor and 4 of my 5 prescriptions. I was told that the Dr. could no longer prescribe. There are locations that accept my plan in Tucson. But both One Medical and Archwell for seniors do not. I do not appreciate a cold blooded administrative decision that left me without medical support. My advice is to avoid Amazon One Medical.

They no longer have any onsite phone service - phones have been turned over to a phone bank. Short of driving down to the office, and trying to find someone who cares I am essentially locked out of my medical care. I am told all the health coaches have quit en masse - although they may have been fired in some sort of cost saving move . Like I said, I do like my doctor but this place is no longer a place I can recommend. In fact, avoid at all costs.
