Luis and Carlos are the BEST! I had this crazy idea to add some panel molding to a wall in my home…read more I requested quotes from several companies on Yelp and Luis was the first person to respond. We traded messages about what I was looking for and set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair and, more importantly, Luis had done projects like this before. So I decided to move forward. In the meantime, I was getting new carpeting in the room and at the last minute I decided the room should get painted before the installation date. Luis was able to move somethings around to accommodate me. He also took great care of protecting my furniture and the new carpet from paint and dust. The end result of this project completely exceeded my expectations! I literally handed Luis a sketch I made on ChatGPT and he and Carlos executed it beautifully. They even left the inside edges uncaulked because I'm 50% sure I'll install wallpaper panels at some point. Throughout the project, Luis made it clear that he wanted me to be completely satisfied. There was a small issue that he could have easily covered up but he brought it to my attention and discussed how it should be fixed. There's the lazy way to do something and the right way - Luis and Carlos definitely did it the right way! One more thing I want to add is that Luis is an excellent communicator! He responded to every text message, texted me when he was on the way to my house and let me know, in advance, about delays. How many contractors do that??!! I recommend Luis and Carlos without reservation for great work, done right!

I would recommend Luxz to friends and family for sure.

We also had a lot of holes in our drywall due to a plumbing project we had just completed. Additionally, we wanted to change the hinges of all cabinet doors to ones that are hidden. Eddie gave us the most reasonable quote, was patient with me as I decided on colors, and got the job done in record time. His team accommodated us as we moved into the home before the job was complete, and made sure to have our master bedroom done first so that we would have a place to sleep. He was easy and responsive when communicating through text. Additionally, he took on the task of patching up drywall and installing new hinges for us with ease. I appreciated him being a "one stop shop" for us. I look forward to working with Eddie in the future for all of our painting needs, and will be recommending him to my friends and colleagues.

The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages. Overall, I would give them three stars only, decide for yourself.

They have an awesome design center and team (special shoutout to Luisa!) where you can make many great selections, but they also took my vision for custom flooring and cabinetry and made them possible as well! The quality of the team's work is amazing! They meticulously laid out our tiling and carefully installed all of our fixtures and everything looks and works great! We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for. We enjoyed our experience with Tico Home Remodeling so much that we used them soon after the bathroom for another smaller project in our kitchen to replace old lighting as well. We highly recommend Tico and will continue to be return customers! Here are our before and after photos:

Once the project started Berlin Nevarez kept us informed every step of the way, and every tradesperson was skilled, respectful, and tidy. As with any large remodel project, any issues were handled quickly and professionally. Don't let the name fool you--this team does far more than tiling. They transformed a 24 year-old shower/Jacuzzi combo with a doorless curbless walk-in shower. Which included floor to ceiling custom porcelain wall tiles, floor tiles, and a glass frameless shower enclosure. They removed/bricked up the outdated 5 x 5' shower block and replaced with a smaller more modern frosted window. The results are stunning. Both bathrooms vanities replaced with beautiful quartz countertops. The results were so nice that I was compelled to update my kitchen with the same bathroom countertops and then made a decision to paint the interior & exterior to match the bathrooms. Jose and Arturo painted my house (inside and out) to make it look brand new. The showpieces were the freshly painted kitchen cabinets and matching fireplace. The exterior was painted fresh and clean, and walking inside, was a wonderful experience like living in a new home with the same address. :-) My sales rep, Chad Williams, did a fantastic job with bathroom remodel recommendations and painting suggestions. He also provided a thoroughly detailed estimate, and I was not surprised by any additional charges. Contrary, there were a few minor changes of things I did not need, and the estimate was adjusted accordingly. My project manager, Erik Zamperini, kept the project on task and provided me with timely updates.
