I received multiple text messages and phone calls on the day of my appointment. I was at work and…read moreunable to respond. They even contacted my emergency contact. The message was always the same "we want to confirm your appointment." When I complained about all of the interruptions I was told it is corporate policy because of all the people who no show their appointments. Not my problem. I have been going there for 15 years and have never missed an appointment. When I complained about them contacting my emergency contact for a non emergency I was told I signed a form stating they could call for any reason they saw fit.
