The friendliness of the 20/20 Vision staff and the customer service is like nothing I have…read moreexperienced in a very long time. I went to 20/20 at the suggestion of Wal-Mart eye center because they did not have the ability to make custom prescription sun glass lenses to fit the pair of antique cat eye glasses I bought. (My regular optometrist could have but for an astronomical price). I took the frames and prescription to 20/20 late on a Friday evening and casually mentioned that I would like to have them back by Wednesday, if possible, as I was leaving for Florida on Thursday and would like to take them with me. The man I dealt with (unsure if doctor or lab tech) was very personable and pleasant to deal with. When Wednesday came, a lady called to let me know that my lenses had not yet came in but that they would be more than happy to put temporary prescription sun glass lenses in my frame so that I could use them in Florida and then put in the polycarbonate/polarized lenses when I got back. I was amazed and so happy that they would go out of their way to do this for me at no extra charge. Customer service like this is just hard to find these days. Did I mention that the price was 100.00 less than my regular optometrist? (now my ex-optometrist) 20/20 Vision now has a new customer for life!

I had the most wonderful experience here! The waiting room was nice and clean. My appointment time…read morewas 9:00AM and I think they brought me back less than 10 minutes from when I checked-in. Dr Jennifer Unger was thorough and informative. I was done with everything (as a new patient appointment!!) by 9:34, yet I didn't feel rushed. I needed glasses and the optician, Amanda, was so patient, helpful and kind. Even the girls the checked me out and the office supervisor were pleasant and helpful. I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually had fun going to the eye doctor! Highly recommend

First, I will say that I have not had any issues with the doctors here - they have been polite and…read moreanswered all my questions. I DO have issues with the office staff lack of knowledge and mistakes. I had made an appointment for my eye to be dilated on a Saturday morning, had to make the appointment 3 months out due to how busy they were. 2 weeks before the appointment I get a call "we don't dilate on Saturdays, that can take too long. We need to reschedule", only their next opening was 3 months out - why did you make the appointment if you weren't willing to do the test? This year, I have them do the exam for new glasses, go out and talk to the frame sales lady - not only do they have a small selection of frames, but the woman didn't know what the numbers on the frames meant (it's width, nose gap and length), So I tried to keep it simple asking where her wider glasses were - she didn't know. Took the prescription to a competitor who had some training

Nice place and nice staff. I normally go to 20/20 but they were all booked for quite some time, but…read morewas able to get in here. The staff are really friendly and the building and waiting rooms are spacious. Their hours are fine if you live around town, but if not, they can be challenging. I live in Lafayette and go to school, but live around Kokomo normally. I had trouble getting to the buisness when I needed to adjust my glasses because they closed too early on the days I could come. However, this shouldn't be an issue unless you live out of the way.

After he insulted me about his credentials I had the glasses made somewhere else. The prescription was the worse prescription I have ever had. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My great grandson has waited 3…read moreweeks for his glasses. After calling several times and asking if his glasses area ready she gets a text today saying they are in. NO ONE told her she needed an appointment to pick them up. WHAT, are you serious, you have that many people waiting to pick up glasses that you have to make appointments and cannot assist a 7 year old and allow him to pick up his glasses so he can see in school. Especially sitting there for 15 minutes and being told someone would be right with us, NO one assisted us. every other eye doctor we have seen handles people as they arrive for their pick ups. I was nearly in tears this past Friday. After you are checked in you are taken back to a room…read morewhere you would be assisted to pick out eye glasses. Then you are taken to a small exam room and you are given routine eye tests and you are escorted into a larger exam room. There you are given a hearing test. This practice has outgrown the personal touch they had in the beginning. So I cannot say I would return for another eye exam. So only one star for this business.
