Cassie was amazing! She's easy to work with and great with animals. She is very experienced and has 4 or 5 dogs of her own, including rescues. Your animals of all sizes and behaviors are in good hands with her. I have a 4 year old bully mastiff mix. He's generally good with people as long as his owner is there and he is not rushed into friendship. Lol Upon meeting him she gave him time time at his own pace to get comfortable with her and got him to voluntarily get into her mobile unit and tub. She gave him a great bath. His ears were cleaned, he smelled great, coat was soft and he was very happy. Cassie's deserves 5 stars not only because of her gentle approach with my dog and good service but also because she was very flexible scheduling our appointment and even was patient with me being late for our appointment from a class I had that ran late. I also enjoyed talking with her about animal behaviors, temperament and different breeds. Additionally Her mobile bath business and equipment were clean and well maintained. I now have nerve problems in arms and since my Xena is 95 lbs, I decided I needed professional help. I Called this place today and was lucky I was able to get a same day appointment. I was looking for a mobile groomer to give my dog his first full grooming. I sent a request in via Yelp and Cassie responded a short time later. After a brief phone conversation we setup an appointment for the next day. Cassie arrived on time and made a quick friend of my dog. Disappointed by the Owner's unprofessional behavior with addressing the concerns of a new client. I scheduled an appointment for grooming for my puppy. I sent Cassie a message prior to our appointment letting her know that our puppy hasn't had all his shots and that I needed reassurance that the area would be sanitized before his grooming. Cassie loves dogs and they love her! My 5 year old goes everywhere with me so when I occasionally have to leave her she can become a bit anxious. However, when she sees Cassie she gets excited -- even though she knows that I may be gone for a bit (even overnight!) and she is fine -- no hesitation. This is how I know all is well and wonderful. Cassie is also is a great trainer. My little girl loves to bark greetings and it is a bit too much at times -- it was the only thing I could not train her myself on. So with Cassie's help she no longer runs along the fence at the dog park barking at a dog walking on the other side of the fence ( a miracle!) Our puppy was very difficult to train to say the least. We were referred to Cassie, and she came over for a series of training lessons, it was magical. She is so professional. Our puppy and our older dog both responded so well with her training. We enjoyed her training so much we continued with her beyond her recommended program. Cassie is amazing. She has watched out little guy Max twice for 4+ days while we have been away. Our little Shih Tzu is absolutely in love with not only Cassie but her three dogs.
