Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

And you can't speak to anyone except a mechanic, and then the person who fixed it and then a manager, it's ridiculous. they also seem to charge three times as much as anyone else, which, for a saltwater self cleaning pole, it's crazy. things are still broken on my pool, and I am still waiting for them to call me.

My wife and I thought we needed a new cap for our chlorine dispenser. When we got home, opened the package and found it was not the proper cap, we went to return it. Keep in mind no where in the store does it say that if you open a package it cannot be returned. In the past with the previous ownership if we had a problem, they were more than helpful to take it back and get us the proper one or give us some money back. Well, this new owner said was it opened I said well yes of course we tried it and it didn't fit. and he said we don't take anything back that's . I wonder if Home Depot says that or any proper business in Sarasota. I would stay far away from this place. They don't know what they're doing especially when we first went to get it they couldn't find where a simple cap was well obviously they gave us the wrong cap. They take no responsibility for anything. I highly recommend against going there, giving them any business because they are not honest.
