The work included regrading our 800 foot gravel driveway, resurfacing our driveway, building up our driveway with large rock, and knocking down 3 trees. Denny is one of the last HONEST, HARD WORKING CONTRACTORS out there. After this great experience, we will only call Denny for future projects on our 5 acres and not bother with bids from other contractors. Thanks Denny

We needed to remove many big, BIG stumps...., just clear out some land from old and new growth…read morestumps, brush overgrowth and debris plus some rough grading. No fine grading, just rough stuff - that is all I wanted to do (limited budget). Denny is VERY efficient with his machine. He can do in just couple of days, what others will do in 4. I was very surprised to see the amount of stuff being completed. So, we ended up doing some extra clearing as my budget allowed to cover more stuff due to Denny being efficient with his equipment. Highly recommended. Polite, timely, down to earth. I had very little to explain what I needed, as he understood immediately what I was asking for - that's years of experience right there. Also, throughout the project, he would come up to us to update where we are as far as the budget, how much $ and time left to go, etc. We found it to be very, very helpful.

He and one other person took down the old fence, but Garrett put up the new one entirely on his own. He's a hard worker who clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. The finished product looks great, and I'll definitely be calling him again when it's time to replace the rest of the fence. Highly recommend!

At that time we were thinking of managing the project on our own but later decided to go with a general contractor as we decided to increase the scope of our project. We did not hire Carlos because of this scope change. However, if we had managed the project on our own, I would have definitely hired him. Carlos came to look at my project late in the evening on my request. He was very thorough in noting down all the details along with other requirements of protecting flooring in house . He also provided me good suggestions on project related questions I had. The quote I received was very competitive and listed all the details accurately. For any future projects, I would love to work with Carlos and I highly recommend him.

He listened carefully to project goals and his bid hit every single ask. I'm inexperienced in construction and he did not use his knowledge to overbuild or inflate project complexity and fees. His communication is proactive and professional - and I truly can't recommend him enough for any trenching or excavation or gravel pad work needed.

On the scheduled day, they never arrived. Instead we got a string of excuses: "they were out of town and unable to come back home", they were "on the way," then they had a flat tire, then something else came up. They never showed up to do the work at all. Since then, we've followed up repeatedly about either starting the job or returning our deposit. At first we got more excuses, and eventually they stopped answering entirely. We've received no work, no materials, and no refund. In my opinion, this is a scam. I'd strongly advise anyone considering this company not to hand over a deposit. Save yourself the money and the stress and hire someone else.
