I drive a Mercedes which is hard to service but both Mercedes dealers have proven not to be honest" me $10-$20,000 for anything I take in there so I find local service locations with a certified Mercedes tech and these guys did a great job at 1/3 the price I was quoted at fire stone in flowery branch. A place I just spent $3000 I knew air conditioning and brakes then would not get back to me to give me a tuneup and change the oil... Firestone told me my son could do it for cheaper! Ainsley found another problem I will have to fix that the other two previous service companies missed which I don't know how having so much work done the last year but they gave me a tuneup changed the oil and filter in a few hours and did a great job!! Clean place, professional, I felt like they were honest and upfront and I got a good value so I highly recommend!! I love spending $800 less to get more!!

This company found another issue which I agreed to fix, I pick it up on Saturday morning and don't even get home because it is still broken. They "look" at it again and find new issues, after another 400 I pick it up, guess what it is still having the same issue. I will never go back here. They could have at least waived the labor since they didn't fix it the first time. They are ignorant about cars and they will rip you off over and over if you let them.

I could now wait that long. I was referred to Universal Service Center in Hoschton by a friend who I trust. I took the truck to Universal Service Center to be repaired. I was surprised to find out that one of their technicians traced all of the wiring and found a damaged wire. They replaced the wire and had the truck back to me the same day for a very reasonable price! They have gained my trust and I am so thankful for their honesty.
