Jenny is amazing not only at what she does, but with her customer service too. I arrived at 6:30 for my appt but there must have been a little mix up with a cancellation and my appt. She came out to talk to me and explained it might be an extra 20 mins. I really wanted a perm before my vacation and had read so many amazing reviews about Jenny I didn't want to go anywhere else. After my wait, I went in and Jenny immediately off the bat apologized and offered me a free tint for waiting. Something she totally and completely did not have to do but she genuinely values her customers and I appreciate that. The process for the perm/tint was easy and she explained everything! When I looked at my lashes after, I couldn't believe how different I looked! Can't wait to come back again and see Jenny! I am likely going to book an appointment soon for powder brows, that's how wonderful her work is. Her spot has a chill vibe and she plays a great playlist that's relaxing and nice to listen to. If you're thinking about getting lashes, get off the fence and book with Jenny. (Check my before and after pics if you're still just thinking about it.)

We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.
