Good food, service is friendly and the ambience when we were here was very quiet. Our food took a bit to come out with only 1 family in front of us. That being said we were a party of 7 this trip so it was understandable and came out in a timeline that I would find acceptable. The salad bar looked a little worse for wear though, the salad specifically. I had to dig below browned lettuce to get some that I was willing to put on a plate. Other than that my steak Philly was good, well seasoned and a good size. I would recommend eating here and put it a hair above a chain restaurant like Pizza Hut or something similar. read more

I've had a few problems before, such as missing a bag of chips, or ordering a salad and getting a different salad than I ordered, but the food is good so I kept ordering. Until now. I was getting ready to take a sip from my soda and noticed something on the lid. I thought it might be a gnat, but it wouldn't move, so I looked closer. It is an insect squashed on the underside of the lid!!!!!!!!!! I called the 27th & Superior store I ordered the delivery from and told them about what is in the lid. He hemmed and hawed and said they could get a new drink to me when they get the next deliveries out. And those would go out in 20 minutes. Naturally, I will be at the end of that. I asked why they can't bring me a drink out immediately since I am only a few minutes from the store, and got a sigh, and a pause, then told it will be out when they get around to it. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday to lodge a formal complaint about this attitude of their "manager." I said before I would no longer patronize them, but did, however, after this I am no longer a customer of DaVinci's, and I would recommend everyone else reconsider giving them your business. Update: they did deliver me a new soda--45 minutes later. However, I live 5 blocks from the store, and they couldn't bother sending a driver sooner to satisfy a customer that had an insect in their drink. They also thought it would be funny by using 80% syrup since I had to inconvenience them to send me a new drink. read more

I was craving pizza and asked some locals where to go. This place was recommended. I wasn't disappointed. The Mona Lisa pizza is tasty. Pizza cooked fresh to order for lunch. In town for my son's hockey. That means eating out every meal for 3 days. Glad I found daVinci's they did not disappoint. Ordered my son penne pasta and meatballs marinara he gave it . Bonus: It came with super yummy garlic bread. If it comes with the order u cannot feel Guilty eating extra carbs, right? Their pizza looks good so that is on the list to try. Only reason could not give 5 is because took too long to order on the phone. Employee seemed distracted and there are not a lot of items on menu so should be pretty routine for them. This place was great the first time I had it. I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was great. This time...not so much. I made the mistake of ordering creamy marinara which is a mix of Alfredo and marinara which sounded great. What I was served was a separated, greasy mess. There is no trace of Alfredo sauce other than the added grease. The sauce tasted spoiled and lacked flavor. Surprisingly enough, the pasta was not over cooked. Bread was just a slice of cheese melted in a piece of bread. Update: moving to a 3 star due to customer service. Just a simple apology goes so far. Better than your average pizza/sub shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is prompt and accurate. So far, the best hot subs for the price in North Lincoln, NE. Try the Cheddar, Roast Beef and Pepperoni. Very good twist on a traditional roast beef sub. read more

It took 15min to order with no one in front of us the guy cleaning up with a mop then grabs someone's food to give it to them without washing his hands. Steak sandwich was cold we had to go to the window to ask if that was our food in the window after setting there for almost 30mins the service and food use to be great here now I wouldn't go back. This store does not get any stars. The manager is very rude. She gets mad at the customer for their screw ups. So never offered me help to figure out what was going on with the order. Instead of helping the customer she just threatens them with the police. read more

The food is good, but they must be extremely short staffed. The last 2 times I was there it took 40 minutes to get a turkey sandwich and there were only 3 other customers there at the time. I suggest you pay staff more, so you are not so short staffed. read more

I have been a Davinci's customer for many years and am extremely disappointed by the horrible service that I received today. I had placed an online order of a meatball sub, a side salad and 6 cookies to be delivered to my apartment at 10:45 am. (I work overnights and so have a different schedule than most) they arrived 15 minutes late and they had just opened at 10:30. So it's not like they were busy with customers but to add to it they messed up my order and only gave me half the cookies that I paid for. read more

I used to eat here quite often & the food used to be great - long time ago. Today we were the first in the door. The ice machine was empty. My sandwich was luke warm at best. My daughter in law's sandwich was also lukewarm. My husband's Philly was cold & when he asked for a hot sandwich they brought out a new one that hardly had any meat but was terribly greasy & not edible. BAD service. We ordered pasta and a pizza on their website for carryout. Mine was a 3 topping pizza, and my husband's pasta was just, well Chicken Alfredo. Easy right? Well, when he went to pick it up, they hadn't even made his pasta, but my pizza was ready. They said they didn't "see it on the order", so he waited 20 minutes for the pasta, then came home. When I opened my box, I saw they had put green peppers instead of green olives on the pizza. We had 2 receipts, and both said green olives. We tried to call the store, but no one answered the phone. I went to the 27th & Superior location on October 3, 2021 and I was highly dissatisfied. I ordered an 8" Cheesesteak with the works to go. I waited over 10 minutes. A group of ladies came and ordered after I did for "dine in". They were brought their order with me STILL sitting there wait. So I talked to the person who brought there order asking why I haven't gotten mine. Took them a bit and then brought mine out. I left and ate the sandwich in my car. It was definitely NOT the works, no green peppers or mushrooms, the meat wasn't seasoned and it was barely war. Guess that tau me a lesson as to why I never to there. Visiting from out of town, had to order from two old favorites. Ordered from Val's -no bueno. Ordered from daVinci's and received superior food. The crust is well developed and flavorful. The sauce and toppings are delicious. The salad was fresh, with crunchy cucumbers and tomatoes that tasted good. Even the ranch dressing tasted good. read more
