He said he makes sure that the car is back within factory tolerances on the body and he even blends the paint on both sides so it doesn't look like a repair. The color was a great match and nothing stands out between original and repaired. Jennifer was great with coordinating with insurance to make sure that we received new quality original parts on our low mileage and garaged vehicle, rather than settling for older salvaged parts that were unacceptable for the condition of our car. There was a lot of body damage, but the crew at AutoCraft in Eugene has been so amazing! Even when the class company refused to honor their "claimed" warranty, the team work with me to get everything safe for me to drive with my kids in the car. It seems as though the accident shook up Betty, (my SUV), she has had a tough go with healing... but every time I take her in to Autocraft with a new issue, they are kind, and empathize with my situation. The crew has gone above and beyond to get Betty back on the road, every time! And they are always happy to help out me at ease! Everything that has gone wrong has been out of anyone's control, but they always show up and walk me through every question and concern I have!
