Ultimately this store is like a Ross, but nicer. What may be here one day will be gone the next so grab it while you see it. The store itself was clean, the aisles are a little narrow - a lady came down with a cart and I could feel panic setting in as I had no where to go that I turned around and left the aisle. The prices are decent, they have lots of clearance items - I picked up an item and saw that someone had helped themselves to most of the product - the lady reduced it by $1 which wasn't even 25% of the cost, and told me to take it to the front counter to have it reduced more. Went to the counter and the lady made it seem like the other lady was the only one who was authorized to do that. She got the store manager and he reduced it by less than 50% but once again, more than 1/2 of it was missing so I passed on it. It worth going into and taking a look. You might find some good finds.

This is the second time that this happen to me on this store and I can't not tolerate this anymore…read morebecause it was very disrespectful the way how some employees treated customers. I went to buy some clothes at this store and the girl on the cashier was very rude she didn't even said hi How are you sir or did you find everything ok sir on my mind I was it's ok she just having a bad day which I understand dealing with some rude customers will put you on a bad mood what really kinda upset me it was when she was throwing all my clothes on the bags like garbage.. when I saw that I immediately told her if she could please folded my clothes which she reply that she was no obligated to fold my clothes and I could do it my self. So I told her that it's ok I was gonna do it my self so I folded my clothes and placed on the bags... at that point I was just trying to hold my temper and I didn't say anything because at the end of the day I feel that everyone must treat everybody with respect. So I just went to ask the security girl what was the managers name to make a complaint and she told me that it was Maria but I just decide no to talk to her about it and left the store. I spend 165.51 dollars and I will be returning all my clothes and I will never come back to a Ross store anymore

I was shopping in Ross Dress store in Wichita Falls, Texas tonight and picked up a water bottle…read morefrom the shelf. The lid was not tightened which caused the bottle to drop onto the floor. This water bottle had a plastic lid and the bottle part was made from a ceramic material which shattered after it fell onto the floor. This bottle which was partly made from a ceramic material was on the shelf among other water bottles which were metal and plastic. As this bottle was ceramic and capable of breaking and shattering, which is what happened, why would the store place this item alongside bottles that were not breakable. I removed 98% of the pieces from the floor and noticed that an employee started to picked up what was left. She came beside me and picked up a few remaining pieces without inquiring about my involvement and whether or not I had been cut or hurt in the incident. I called the manager after leaving the store and he said she did not ask because they were short on employees and did not have time to inquire. I informed him that we were short on employees where I worked also; but, we were expected to assist customers and show compassion and concern. He seemed in a rush to end the conversation and said he was aware of the incident; however, he did not provide interest. He asked if I was ok after I informed him that the employee did not inquire if I had been hurt. This incident at Ross where an item was incorrectly placed on the wrong shelf alongside items that were totally different created a situation that could have been extremely serious. If a child, or even an elderly person, had picked up the ceramic bottle that was placed next to the plastic and metal bottles the child could have been seriously injured from broken glass as the bottle fell to the floor. In the past I have visited and made countless purchases in Ross Dress store in Wichita Falls, Texas. I will not shop in this store in the future as it has a dangerous environment created by poorly trained employees and manager who are not apologetic for their negligence and lack of interest for customer safety.

Things to know: ~ More parking in the back. ~ If it after dark you can have security walk you out to your car. ~ Great location. ~ Stop light at exit point to help you get in or out. ~ Parking is at angles with plenty of room. ~ Number of different fun shops with great taste! ~ A well diverse set of shops! Dallas Market Center hosts great trade shows. It's not as large as the Las Vegas or New York…read moremarkets, but it's centrally located and it's easily accessed off a major highway in Dallas. The interior of the building is an open concept that flows down to a fountain area. The first floor is open to the public with a cafe and Starbucks. You will need to register as a buyer or be a guest of a showroom. The layout is nicely done. Each floor has a theme such as a jewelry, kids, women fashion, shoes etc. All the showroom staff and owners are friendly. Some of the showrooms even offer samples to take back to your own store. Unfortunately, the pandemic did take a toll on this place and you will see a lot of empty showrooms. I'm hoping 2022 will see all the showrooms come back to it's former glory. They're grown adults for crying out loud, but I did tell them I was gonna have a little Candy Bar upscale, you know with my beautiful crystal champagne glasses filled with jelly beans and other shaped glassware filled with See's Candy foil wrapped eggs, and other things that I could remember that are Easter faire- so the kids said to me, but auntie Marie is there not gonna be any peeps? Peeps like the little yellow chicken things? Yes auntie Mary and we like the blue ones too! lol so I was on a quest to find these dang blue and yellow chicken peeps mind you they didn't want the pink bunnies because they said the bunnies don't go peep only the chickens, so InstaCart and Target came to the rescue. I did find them and they are secured safely in my cupboard. I dropped in during Circle Week for some toiletry restocks and a few deals, but... as usual, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the good: The store is mostly clean and organized, and the layout is easy to navigate. When the shelves are stocked, it's a solid Target run. Most of the staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful, though I did run into a less-than-enthused rep at the service desk during one visit. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. Now for the not-so-fun stuff: Parking here gives me low-key anxiety. It gets super congested, especially near the front entrance, and I've never seen that kind of consistent traffic issue at other Targets I've visited. Once inside, lines can get long, and on several visits--including this one--there were a few essential items just missing from the shelves. The real kicker? On one visit, someone left an overturned blue slushie on the shelf, and when I reached for an item, I ended up wearing slushie instead. I headed to the restroom to clean up, only to find there was no soap and the space could definitely use a refresh. Ummm, not cool :-(. I understand that limited staffing can slow down response time for these kinds of messes, but still... not exactly the "happy shopping" experience I was going for. At the end of the day, I do like Target a lot, and this location can get the job done sometimes. But next time, I might venture a bit farther out for a smoother experience. While staying at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, my friend and I decided to stop by this flagship store, especially knowing it's a legendary location and currently at risk of closing. My friend was interested in buying some shoes and a purse as she lives abroad and was doing a lot of shopping (time to rack up on InCircle points) but once we walked in and realized how quiet and silent the store was, we decided to just have a coffee and then proceed to another store later. While I understand that the building has undergone architectural changes over the years, the ground floor felt underwhelming in terms of interior design. On a quiet Tuesday afternoon, the store was practically empty. We decided to grab coffee downstairs at the Expresso Bar, but the atmosphere was a bit off. A security guard in a bulletproof vest, visibly armed, stared at me for a second, which was somewhat unsettling. He moved on, but it made the space feel more tense than welcoming. We were dressed nicely--my friend had on a Chanel top, I was wearing fancy Italian loafers....so it likely wasn't about our appearance. There's nothing signature "Neiman's" or luxurious about the Expresso Bar or its presentation. Two iced lattes and a cookie served at a counter in plastic cups came to $20 with tip, which felt pricey considering the overall experience. The only other people in the bar seemed to be employees on break. I've read wonderful things about the Zodiac restaurant upstairs and wish we had time to check it out. I truly hope this iconic store stays open, but it could definitely use some fresh energy and warmth to bring it back to life. Some good energizing or soothing shopping music (even a piano) could do wonders.

Found some $22 Under Armor socks for .99 each! The girl at the cash register was super friendly and actually engaged in conversation, which is unusual for most Ross stores we've been to.
