We had a storm come through and the tree came down. We called but the deposit is non refundable, which we also understood when we signed the contract, but they offered no help whatsoever. We were having three large trees cut down and several other large trees trimmed. This was not a job for the faint hearted. Their work was excellent. They were very professional, fast, yet very thorough. This was a very big job that involved the street being blocked off for a period of time. They handled this themselves without causing any angst to our neighbors and there was no danger to any people and no damage to any property. I highly recommend Brent and his team at Ultimate Landscaping & Tree Services. Last, but not least we received quotes from several other tree removal services, and we went with Brent as his price was very reasonable and we felt he understood what our needs were better than the other people who quoted us. We will definitely use Brent and his team again. Job well done!
