I needed four ginormous trees in four different very awkward locations, removed. They were looming over buildings, adjacent to electrical wires, up hills, on edges. Every single one, large and so awkward. Knoll & Sons were incredibly pleasant, professional and great to work with... well, I didn't do any of the work, but they sure as heck did, and I did get a ring side show to some fascinating and intricately choreographed work. When they say 'you won't know they were there,' they mean it. Every evening for four days, the street, the alley, the yard, everything looked cleaner and better than when they arrived that morning. As to their note about treating your things like their own... my beloved one of a kind yard swing, hand created and welded by my grandfather for my grandmother, was gently moved even more in the clear than I had done, and put back in pride of place, at the end of the job. Thank you, Knoll & Sons!

The son and Paul's brother both have a chip on their shoulder against those who have worked hard in life. They both believe this gives them license to price gouge and do sloppy work. Paul did not, in fact he went out of his way to avoid me. I'm fairly confident that the son will run this family grown business into the ground within a few years.
