Although I did not hire them for work at my home, another arborist is out there using his companies name, which he helped me find the correct name of the company who did work at my neighbors house. I'm very thankful for his quick response, and care of his companies reputation to take the time out of his day so this could be rectified. During a recent wind storm, a big healthy branch broke off of our tree. There were still live branches that had broken but were still hanging in the tree. We decided to give the tree a trim! Tim came with his crew and he trimmed the tree like a surgeon performing heart surgery! He very meticulously trimmed every branch that needed trimming. My parents hired Edmonds Tree Service to remove a bunch of dying spruce trees on their property. They contacted Edmonds' on Monday, and by Tuesday morning they were at the house cutting the trees down. Less than 6 hours start to finish, and zero sign of debris when they were finished. You wouldn't even know by looking at the property that there had been 30'+ tall trees there this morning! Thank you for a fast, courteous, and professional job. They never showed up to the scheduled appointment...3 different times. I should've learned my lesson when they no-call, no-showed the first time, but the receptionist was very friendly and convinced me to schedule a 2nd appointment to make up for their no-show. However, the same thing occurred the 2nd time around...no-call, no-show. I tried for a 3rd time because I was adamant to meet the person who completely wasted 2 of my days off from work, and the same thing occurred...no-call, no-show. I'm tempted to start my own tree service just so I can put this person out of business. read more

We had huge beaches hanging over the house and a bunch of dead branches in 2 Ash trees. Edmonds Tree Service gave us a very good price and came the same week to do the work. They were so efficient and respectful of our landscaping. They cleaned up so well that the yard looked better than before they arrived. I have a tree that needs to be removed. I called Edmonds in June of this year. They told us if we waited till october he would give us $100 dollars off. Well we waited till october, called made an appointment for them to come out and look at it again. They never showed up. They never called back. They just left us hanging. Hoping the tree doesn't come down on the house before we can get someone else to take it down. read more

My daughters car was parked across the street of where the workers were shredding the tree and it got covered in saw dust. When she went over to the workers and asked why they didn't alert her to move her car they said they didn't think about it in a very rude way they said that to a 16 year old. read more
