I called to inquire about computer repair for my laptop as I did not want to go to a box store for…read morehelp. I was trying to use small businesses instead. When I explained that I need to bring in a laptop for service, I also explained that I had a medical & mental health exemption from the unlawful mask mandate and asked if there was an accommodation they could make like taking the computer from me outside. The individual insulted me instead and said anyone not wearing a mask is immoral as HE has complications with asthma and wears it. My complication is due to violent trauma and I should not have to reveal what took place, however, this individual went above and beyond to insult me and every other individual that is unable to wear this and has ADA accommodations for work and to be in public places for services. Sad that people are not educating themselves on the difference between LAW vs LEGAL and that mandates, orders and requirements are NOT LAW. It's also vile that anyone would insult someone that wishes to bring them business. My bf used to do all his business here and said he will no longer due to the way I was treated on the phone as it was on speaker. He is also letting others in the Grapevine/Colleyville area know as well.

Buying a new home wasn't easy in the market with multiple last minute transactions. DFW's customer service started off with confirming the appointment time. I explained that I was closing on a house but couldn't confirm anything until I had ultimately closed. Jasmine worked with me for a number of weeks to courteously keep abreast of all the updates on the house and to find a convenient time to come out and survey the house which they finally did! When Caleb and his crew arrived, it was obvious his professionalism and ability were of the highest order as was DFW's customer service. To be clear, these folks charge reasonable prices for exceptional work. DFW hardwired my entire house for internet in a detail oriented, customer service friendly manner. I then asked about options for wireless coverage. Their knowledge was first rate and they recommended a number of different options. They also know how to install AV systems. And I didn't feel like driving to Cedar Hill or Arlington so I stuck it out. Our company has a corporate account with them and he said "well we're franchise so we don't do that ". He replaced the batteries and it seemed like it bothered him to do it. Last time I visit this place. Keep "your franchise " to yourself. I've been to batteries plus in Arlington, Mansfield and Cedar Hill and all of those have been awesome. For a new store you might want to re-evaluate your employees.
