Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. For one reasonable price Michael fixed the issues I was having, plus did a complete tune up on my machine, installed new software I needed to update and pointed out and fixed some problems I did not know I had.
