They have a dinner buffet Wed and Thur for 18 bucks, includes drink. Sunday all day? for 24? I was there for Thur dinner. The dinner drink is free refills on pop. If you get horchata or another aqua fresca, u get no refills, and you can't switch to pop after. So get light ice. Horchata was decent, creamy but not the best I have had, but good. I would get it again. Most of the food they serve is beef and chicken. My favorites were (in order) Pollo a la Cream - chicken in cream, my favorite, mixed with rice, it had a great balance, add some onion from the taco place, and crema (sour cream) and it was my favorite thing by far, I added some of the other stuff below to make the flavors deeper Asado de Boda - tender meat with a rich sauce that had a ton of flavor Enchiladas Bojas - they tasted like they were mole, but i couldn't figure it out, but it was a sweet deep taste. I enjoyed it for the depth of flavor Barbacoa was flavorful and tender Sleeper, the hotdogs are deep fried, all beef i think. Eat it with some other stuff, it's great, by itself, it's salty. mini Cheesecakes were decent. So was the rice pudding. Churros were not fresh enough so they were kinda tough, they are chocolate filled and you can use chocolate, strawberry or caramel sauce on it.

My favorite was the complimentary chips and salsa. I love the green salsa. It had a kick but so delicious. The only thing is our service. Our waiter came and kinda rushed us to order and once we got our food, he barely came to check on us so by the time we needed the check, we literally had to flag him down. I was torn between a chicken mole dinner or just good old tacos. I opted for the tacos Al pastor with rice and beans. I have had Al pastor at many, many places, and it's been interesting to see people's takes on the recipes. These were, hands down, the best I've had anywhere. The meat was charred nicely, yet tender. The marinade/sauce had the perfect balance between the sweetness of the pineapple and the counterbalance of the lime, cilantro, and onion. I was so proud of my selection, that I ordered some to-go for my daughter to try. I also had a delicious strawberry margarita and finished off with a tres leches dessert. Everything was superb! I'll be back for that mole someday, and will also try their Taco Tuesday. Judging from my food, as well as the presentations of others choices that I noticed, I believe their chef is seriously talented and creative.
