    I made an appt the day before for myself and 2 other bridesmaids (the bride already had her dress). With less than a month until the wedding, we realized our choices would be limited. While I wasn't crazy about the current dress styles they have now, we were able to find 3 dresses we loved in the colors we wanted. The woman helping us was wonderful with finding our sizes and picking dresses that fit the description of what we wanted. She was also able to order them to come in next week (I'll update if they don't). The cons: Other than not liking many of the styles, I found the dresses to not be very good quality for the cost. $100-$160 plus $20 rush delivery per dress. A good number of the dresses on the racks for us to try on were torn, snagged, or dirty. The sizes weren't consistent and there really needed to be some sort of surface in the dressing rooms so we didn't have to put our clothes on the floor

    Different lengths

    Run away! Poor quality, bad customer service and an alteration department that doesn't even know the basics of alterations. After multiple appointments my daughter's dress was still hemmed at 4 different lengths, the bust wasn't done, the dress hook was removed and then but on wrong so the dress won't zip, and they added so much fabric around the zipper the dress sags. They refunded the over priced alterations after waiting for the store manager for 1.5 hours but only offered to fix the hem so it would be short all the way around. They wanted to charge more to fix the bust since it was pinned but not written on the slip originally. I had to take the ruined dress to an expert to do what ever can be done to semi fix it before the wedding last minute. Sadly I couldn't have gotten a nice quality dress somewhere else for less. If you don't know the basics, like both sides of a dress hook should be on the inside of the dress, you shouldn't be working in the field. Since we had 4 appointments before we walked out and went else where, I can tell you they haven't vacuumed the building in over a month either. They were so many strings on the floor I was picking them off the dress after we left. I am glad my other daughter decided not to buy her bridal dress there due to the rudeness of the staff or they probably would have ruined that dress too. Their selection of flower girl and mother of the bride dresses were so bad we couldn't find anything there either. So what could have been a sale of 4 dresses ended up with one overprice, poor quality, overpriced alterations that ruined a dress that can't be returned now. The only help corporate could provide was transferring me to the store to offer to fix her hem. I will never return to a David's Bridal store!

    My party was scheduled for a 6pm fitting. We arrived earlier and Bethany, our stylist, was very accommodating and welcomed us. She was very helpful, and in one visit (my first wedding dress fitting) I was able to find the one!

    It started when I first bought the dress. I did my research, looked at pictures online, and asked for opinions from the ladies at davids bridal when trying several dresses on. I chose the V -Neck Halter Gown with Slit-Vera Wang. When I first tried it on, I noticed the top part was a little "frumpy" between my chest and shoulders. I was told, "This dress is just the sample one. Once we order on in your size, our alterations team will make it looks perfect." I believed the experts and purchased it. Paid full price for the dress. Booked my appointment for alterations. Get there on time, (10am) and wait for an hour in the dressing room for the seamstress. Finally see someone and tell them I didn't like the way the dress looked on top. I was told "Once you put a strapless bra on, it will look better." My response, "Awesome, do you have one I can try or buy?" Seamstress just looks at me, without even asking my size and says, "not in your size". "Umm...Okay...Great. But your sure the bra will fix the frumpy look?" "Yes." I also say how I would like the dress to taken out just a tad to feel more comfortable. Seamstress does not address it. This is my first time doing any of this so how am I supposed to know what is going on. I pay the $100 or so to get the alterations done. Day of pick up: My appointment is for 6pm. I call the store around 5ish to see if it would be okay if I arrive early due to being done at work. I'm told, "Your dress will be ready at 6." I ask if they are busy today and if I'll have to wait like last time because if so, I would just stop for dinner on my way in. The response I get is, "Your dress will be ready at 6." I arrive on time to my appointment. I put the dress on (with a strapless bra) and it still has the same "frumpy" look. I ask the girl about it and she gets a different seamstress. This seamstress comes out looks at me and says, "Oh hunny...that's just the dress. We hate this dress here. There's no way to fix that." I feel like shit and go put my cloths back on. While doing so, I can hear the seamstress and the other workers in the back saying, "ugh I hate that dress" "it's the worse" and so on. Great...now I'm trying to hold my tears in. I'm then handed 1-1/2 inch of material that was cut off the bottom in a wadded up ball. "Here's your leftovers." I'm too upset to even mention how I wanted the dress taken out and nothing was done. At this point I just want to leave...as I'm walking out, I remember there are pictures of bridesmaid dresses on the wall/end cap thing. I stop to look because like I said before, I did my research before purchasing the dress and none of the pictures show the "frumpy" look. Some woman comes up to me asking if I'm okay and if I have any questions. I tell her that I was just looking for a picture of the dress. She said because it's the Vera Wang dress it wouldn't be on the pictures. She then asked me if I'm okay with the dress. I tell her "Ugh.." She reply's back, "ugh???" I tell her how i didn't like how it looks and none of the pictures showed what I was seeing. "Is that the Halter top dress? Yeah we had a girl in earlier today with a pink one and she said the same thing. We can't stand that dress here because of that. There's a reason that dress is now discontinued" Ummm....hello!!!! Not a single person could have said that the first two times I was there??? No. Instead I'm told "yeah we can fix it","we have an excellent team for alterations", "but a bra on"!!! Had someone told me, "we have seen an issue with this dress before", I would have just gotten a different one. It just sucks paying almost $350 for a dress that doesn't fit right and I feel horrible in it....then to go on the website and see that it's now on sale for $50. Just a big slap in the face. I thought going here, I was going to be working with experts...not someone just looking to make a sale.

    The store has an odor it smells like mildew inside and the service wasn't that great. I will not return to this location.

    "Okay, what you say Tell me what they're wearing this year…read moreGotta go, it's getting late I got a date with my tailor now You gotta look sharp" (Joe Jackson) I belong to a charitable organization that has an annual convention all over North America. I've been to some cool places like Atlanta, Montreal, Halifax, Anaheim, Reno, Calgary, Quebec City, etc. Its a three day affair that ends with a Banquet and Ball. In 2015 I became a national officer, and one of our traditions is that officers wear a white dinner jacket at the Annual Banquet and Ball. So years ago I bought a white dinner jacket from K&G. But over the years, some things have changed. First of all, K&G has moved to this current location, and second of all, I'm now down about 50 pounds from where I was when I first donned that white jacket. So now you you know the backstory of why I returned to K&G to buy a somewhat better fitting white jacket today. I found a beauty! It was more of a white tux jacket with black lapels, and man oh man was it sharp looking. I really wanted it but it had a tiny smudge on the left lapel and although it was close to my size, it wasn't exactly my size. Now this is where K&G's fantastic customer service swung into action. Valerie heard my dilemma and said there were no jackets in the style and size I wanted, but she walked us up front, called their Orange store, confirmed they had EXACTLY what I wanted, and arranged for them to hold it for me. We were there an hour later and bought it. I did buy a white vest in Manchester, and one of the cool things about K&G is if you text a code to them you'll get some sort of a discount. So we did that at both locations and saved $5 on the vest and $10 on the coat. After the discounts, the vest cost $29.99 and that sharp looking coat Joe Jackson sang about cost $89.99 (pre-tax). I could not have been more pleased with today's K&G experience.

I walked in and got such great help from Harry and the team. I wish I remembered the other associate's name because he really helped me with my color choices. Thank you so much! You know who you are if you are reading this! He helped me find the right sized pants and shirt- 17 1/2 collar and I looked so sharp at the awards event (The Crazies) I went to. Everyone loved it. I never had red suits before, so it was so awesome to make a bold color choice and really stick out. The red blazer I wore on two TV appearances I did this December. (NBC and CBS) It looked so good and festive on camera! I could not be happier with it. These were two of the best purchases that I have made in awhile and I also got texted a coupon for 25% off my entire purchase. I saved more than $80! Great value, looks and customer assistance- I will absolutely be back! Thanks again to the two gentleman that helped me! Happy holidays!
