No one notified me when my dress arrived, and I only found out after calling the store myself. Overall, while I love my dress, the lack of communication and customer service throughout the rest of the process was disappointing, especially for such an important purchase. She had me trying on more dresses than I could have imagined, and each one felt more aligned with my vision than the last. I never felt rushed... we actually found the one with about 30 minutes still left in my appointment. I also really appreciated how mindful they were of my budget. Not only did they stay within it, but they were intentional about keeping me under budget to allow room for alterations which was incredibly thoughtful. One thing I really appreciated was how respectful and kind my consultant was during try ons. She would turn around while I was changing until I felt comfortable or needed assistance. The owner also came in to take my measurements, which made me feel even more comfortable and taken care of. You can really tell how much they value their brides. They even offered complimentary water, which was such a thoughtful touch for my group. Overall, the entire experience felt calm, supportive, and genuinely special. A sleazy chain store, and few others, but I didnt find the one on one personal attention that Stylez for the Aisle has. The owner, Nina, is hillarious! Not only did she help me find the perfect dress, she is extremely honest and really funny! We had each other laughing the entire time I was there. It was a really nice break from the stuffy reception that I've had elsewhere. Nina has great taste, and she was able to hone in on my perfect dress in less than 10 dresses. I know that sounds like alot, but I am super indecisive. My fault! Seriously, the first dress she helped me pick out was the one that I am wearing for my wedding. Of course, I wanted to try on everything in her store!! I couldn't pick just one, because she had so many gorgeous dresses. I am in a cast with a broken ankle and I was incredibly nervous about how to pull off this appointment on one leg. My wedding is in 5 months so I didn't have time to wait so I made the appointment. I was reassured that they would work with me and it would be fine. I was so relieved that they helped me put all of the dresses on over my head and helped hold the backs of the dresses while I moved on my knee scooter in and out of the dressing room. They were patient with me when I needed breaks and they were so friendly! I found an absolutely beautiful dress that I fell in love with and they will also be helping me modify my mom's veil to wear on my wedding day! We did not realize this until we went to return the tuxes and when we called her out on it she really could not give us a reason as to why she changed the price.
