My daughter has struggled with sensory issues her entire life that make certain situations challenging. After finding the perfect dress she was so excited to try it on and show her friends. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. It pains me that in 2026 this is how people treat others with disabilities.

John had me try on multiple sizes of pants and shirt to get the best fit, and told me about the different options. I also had bad experiences with Men's Warehouse in the past with other weddings that I have attended as a groomsmen. I realized that there was a local option in Waltham for me to check out. The staff at Formalwear Ltd were very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited the store multiple times as I collaborated with them and my fiance to select the perfect tux combination for my wedding. I picked up my tux a couple of days before the wedding and the size for some of the parts of it were off, but it was no problem at all as they overnighted the correct sizes. Everything fit perfectly for my wedding. If you need to rent a suit or tux for a local event, I highly recommend them!

My only regret was not being able to use them for my dress as I am a picky person. Otherwise, this is the go to shop for weddings especially if you're looking for a positive experience and a beautiful dress for your special day! They also do tuxedo fittings and rentals.
