My friends and I all came here for our dresses, we looked through what they had in store, and through the catalogs. They were so helpful. We were in their for hours, the girls were really helpful about finding us what we really wanted. They were also really honest, if something didn't look good, they told us. THANK YOU. I ordered my dress from a catalog and when it arrived I went in and they tailored it for me. They also helped me pick out accessories to match. Then they wrote down on a list, per high school, that the particular dress had already been chosen. This meant that no other girl in my high school that year would be wearing my dress. That was HUGE. Our prom was ALL about the dress. Just B also has really cute everyday clothes and accessories. Springfield does not have too many stores like this and they are very unique in their clothing quality and service. Keep it up!! We love it!!!

They're fun, energetic and they are always so genuinely happy to find me just the right look. They give me feedback and really take a lot of the stress of shopping away and I actually ENJOY the whole shopping experience with trying multiple clothes on. They hooked me up with a super hot outfit for the Beyonce concert and I can't thank them enough. I now have my teenage daughters shopping with me and they were just as friendly and outgoing with them!!! These two are the Real deal as far as customer service and going above and beyond. It's a pleasure shopping there because of them and they never disappoint with finding me the right look. I have shopped in many stores and these people are the best!!! In a very difficult situation, needing a suit for my father's funeral on very short notice, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Khalid, Justin, and Susan; all three were extremely helpful. He checked out my tux and how it fit me and suggested keeping the jacket and getting new pants and a shirt, which I did (and was cheaper than a whole new tux). The new pants and shirt fit way better than the old ones and the price was reasonable. My tux looks so much better now!John is a friendly guy and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back here if I have further tux needs!

I just got married this past weekend in Waltham. During the wedding planning process, I researched…read morevarious online suit rental places such as Menguin and the Black Tux at Nordstrom. I was unimpressed by the service I received by them and the way they calculated measurements (Those services don't actually take measurements and you have input the information yourself). I also had bad experiences with Men's Warehouse in the past with other weddings that I have attended as a groomsmen. I realized that there was a local option in Waltham for me to check out. The staff at Formalwear Ltd were very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited the store multiple times as I collaborated with them and my fiance to select the perfect tux combination for my wedding. I picked up my tux a couple of days before the wedding and the size for some of the parts of it were off, but it was no problem at all as they overnighted the correct sizes. Everything fit perfectly for my wedding. If you need to rent a suit or tux for a local event, I highly recommend them!

I came in asking for very specific requirements and the staff were super accommodating and helpful. (Being a religious person in pursuit of a modest dress is no easy task!) My only regret was not being able to use them for my dress as I am a picky person. Otherwise, this is the go to shop for weddings especially if you're looking for a positive experience and a beautiful dress for your special day! They also do tuxedo fittings and rentals. I am happy to report that my fiancé, father and his groomsmen will be likely be using them for a tuxedo rental as they have a wonderful selection.
