They are helpful, always wanting to ensure you walk away satisfied. And they are knowledgeable, able to answer any question posed to them. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn't allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. They didn't talk to me like I didn't know anything, they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was wrong sent pictures and confirmed I was ok with the repairs prior to them starting. While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot.
