My first visit and consultation was an amazing experience and put my mind at ease. Dr. Trujillo and his awesome staff explained everything regarding fees and payments, exuding no pressure, and answered every question I had. Dr. Trujilo explained what was possible during my Invisalign journey. I appreciated the exceptional detail and honesty about what was possible to correct my smile with Invisalign. Well-credentialed people are often smart but don't always have the ability to relate comfortably with others. Dr. Trujillo is the full package hard-working, intelligent, and kind. His skills extend to hiring friendly, competent, consistent, and thoughtful staff who all work in sync to create a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Often times, we had to schedule a time to come in for a quick fix (for example, poking wire), but they always made accommodations to fit our schedule. Planning appointments was never a problem whether months ahead or the day of. Each stage of our treatments went smoothly and they provide clear instructions on how to best care for your braces/hardware in order to complete each part of the procedure within the time expected. He was set up to take out all of my autistics son's teeth and make dentures. We did all the denture prep. When it was near f the time we had scheduled for the extractions none of the prep was done on his side. The cardiologist was not contacted as told would be done. The insurance issues were not addressed until last min. None of the clearance had been taken care of. My son had a massive heart attack 4 months earlier. At the last minute we did get scheduled with another dentist that took his insurance and knew exactly what to do. He was an oral surgeon. So, teeth were pulled. Dentures did NOT fit then and a yr and a half later. To this day that flop right out. I tried to comunicate by phone calls to Dr Judy without any response from him. I wrote a email and he never replied. He did not communicate with me at all. To this day my son has teeth that was paid for in full without insurance. The teeth are 100% useless. They literally flop out immediately after trying to glue in. During all this time my son does not participate at family dinners at someone's house or a restaurant. He is too embarrassed to take his teeth out and eat in front of others. He will go but just sits in conversation while others enjoy their meal. Once we get home he will sit down and eat. This issue has also made him gain at least 45lbs. He lives on noodle or rice dishes so he can gum the food. Due to his massive heart attack he can't keep carrying this weight. Being autistic through all of this has caused a LOT of mental breakdowns. Drastic change is not good at all. Dr Judy even said during his follow ups that another pair needed to be made. When someone pays out of pocket for a product they pay for a product that works. These DO NOT and can very easily be proven. Dr Judy needs to be professional about this and make it right.

We were referred to NDHA by a friend, as we were in need of a natural dentist who worked well with children who had sensory issues. My son had already developed a dread of dental work due to an experience elsewhere, but he absolutely had to have a cavity repaired. Dr. Saepoff's approach toward him immediately put him at ease, and her gentle demeanor and calm voice encouraged his willingness to have the necessary work completed... WITHOUT the aid of nitrous oxide (important for us). She is highly skilled, and was able to work around and patch up the job that was roughly begun by our previous dentist. Over the years, Dr. Saepoff has always respected my son's limits for time spent in the dental chair, and has allowed us to terminate appointments when necessary, and reschedule to complete any cleaning / sealants, etc needed. When completing fillings or sealants, she is attentive to my son's requests for more refinement of the surfaces, and is incredibly patient with his "Princess and the Pea" sensitivity in his mouth. She is also very clear about prioritizing work when we haven't been able to afford all care at once, so that we have been able to make confident decisions. When I tell my son that we are visiting the dentist for a cleaning or for a filling, his response is literally, "Oh, good! We get to see that nice lady again!" Highly, highly recommended.
