Unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL!! The dentist is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I made an appointment due to some minor pain and I was given some x-rays by the nice front desk lady, which was odd to me that they did not have a receptionist, a nurse, and a dentist but instead the woman at the front desk was working about 3 different jobs at once. She was very kind though, and was not the issue. Anyhow, I receive my x-rays and as soon as Dr. Anderson looks at them, he says my wisdom teeth are coming in and they need to be taken out. He did not even ask me why I was there, or the pain I was feeling- he just automatically said that's what the problem was and sent me out. I was only there for about 5 minutes and never received any answers. I am no dentist, and my wisdom teeth MAY need taken out (though 3 out of 4 have come in and they have not affected me whatsoever- and the pain I was experiencing was not associated with any 3 of the 4 teeth, nor was it even close to being near my wisdom teeth whatsoever) I would have liked to gotten some answers but instead was treated very rudely and definitely will never return to this horrid office, it was a joke! I had work done and they refuse to order antibiotics for the infection, claiming they have filled two prescriptions already. Then Sally says they refuse to see me any longer. The rudest receptionist ever. read more

Going to the dentist has never been so comforting for me as it was when seeing Dr. Anderson. After discussing possible dental concerns with him, he put me at ease stating he saw no problems with these concerns and that my teeth were absolutely fine. Instead of jumping right into expensive procedures, he was honest with his assessment and saved me money, worry and hassle. I developed great trust with Dr. Anderson and quite relieved to have found such a great dentist. I strongly encourage a visit to Dr. Anderson. read more

I have never had a bad experience at any dentist or orthodontist UNTIL i came to Dr. Anderson office. I was 100% unsatisfied the entire time and i felt it was very Unprofessional and Unorganized. From the first steps in the door i felt unease. The front desk lady (Sally) greeted me very rudely and belittling. Sally then took e back for X-rays and Dr. Anderson came out and reviewed them with me and he was not too bad i guess. My main issue was with Sally. When i was leaving i then paid my insurance deductible and a little more because my insurance wasn't going to pay all and if it didn't id pay the difference. I ended up paying 120. I then received a bill from them a week later. On the one bill it said i owed $277,she left me a voicemail saying i owe 59.40. The bill i got back from my insurance said the patient responsibility was 179.40 and with that being said i paid 120 at the appt. SO that leaves me owing 59.40 I called her and said i was calling to pay over the phone and she gave me an amount of 310 and i corrected her and she proceeded to say i owe that amount i then told her when i got home i would look over the bill and see where i was mistaken. I went home and called my insurance and then the next day i went to the office on my lunch break and they were doing a root canal and she 'Didn't have time for this' so i said okay i'll come back because i need to sit down and talk to somebody about the bill i received and how it was incorrect. She was nasty and seemed like i was bothering her when i was trying to pay my bill!!! She called me several times and i dint answer because i was not going to argue over the phone nor give her my card info over the phone. So i went it to pay t this being a couple days later. I walked in and told her i was only paying the amount my insurance told me to pay and that id she wanted to explain the bill from their office and why the numbers didn't match that i would be happy to listen. She then said bluntly and impolitely 'I'm not arguing this' so i said ok and paid. LONG STORY SHORT, She is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CLUELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND JUST PLAIN IMPOLITE!!
