After being ousted by Dr. Moya and his uber-rude staff for deciding which treatment paths I would prefer, I migrated to Dr. David Reyes. Dr. Reyes keeps unusual hours in that he is open from noon to 9 p.m. That might seem unusual until you realize that most people who want to see a physician need to do so unpaid during typical 9 to 5 office hours. Dr. Reyes is thorough in his clinical diagnostic processes. He is affable and polite as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to patients who want an unconventional but eminently qualified physician. read more

Disgusting I spoke with somebody over a week ago asking about a medication that was prescribed me that is new mind you I have lupus fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis so I need to know what this new medication was. I was told I was gonna get a call back never got a call back and now every time I call the office I get this is Call is busy so either they blocked my number or I don't know what's going on, but I ran a medical office before for 4 years and this is unprofessional and just disgusting. This is why it disgusts me because I cannot speak Spanish, and I am not bilingual, but somebody can go to a trade school to be a medical assistant certificate in six weeks and I have a bachelors degree but because that person speaks Spanish and I don't they get the job over me. This is ridiculous. Higher intelligent people. People are suffering over here and you guys are just gonna sit there and not answer the phone? read more

David M Reyes MD - Family Practice Near Me - Glendora, California

Extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn't know how to communicate like an adult. Once I told him my symptoms, he told me to stop playing doctor..... read more

packed filthy waiting room, over an hour behind on appointments, walls littered with policy, rules, and threats about canceling or being rude. It's all threatening in nature setting you up it seems to be kicked out or find another provider. All the negative reviews share the theme, David is both rude, slow, and shows no concern for his patients time or care. Coming from Kaiser as my previous provider this care is almost 3rd world. While I'm sitting here typing this a guy cut his finger nails and pushed them on the floor. read more

Dr.Reyes is very rude and aggressive with his patience. He kicked my boyfriend out of the office for no good reason because my boyfriends trying to explain to him and he doesn't listen. I asked for a referral to see a obgyn and he just ignored me two visits in a row. It's very upsetting when the Dr. Reyes doesn't remember anything. He's not a very good Dr.. read more

Very small space, not convenient for accessibility. The Doctor is at times rude. His office never answers the phone, and has no message recording / voicemail service. No way to get in contact with him to make or cancel appointments! read more

Terrible dr. Very combative and lazy! It took me three appointments to get absolutely nowhere with him. He was so rude and defensive for no reason. read more

Very rude doctor. It was my daughter's first appt. to get referred to an Obgyn. For her urinal she was given a red solo cup. The office is very cramped throughout. if you try to ask question you are completely shut down. The doctor is incredibly rude and if you ask the office staff a question, they do not answer. They immediately run to the doctor. I was chastised as a mother in the office due to my asking a question about a referral. I was berated by the doctor about HIPPA rules and policies and I was shamed for trying to speak up for my daughter who has a severe learning disability that affects her memory and processing. I would never recommend anyone to this office. Horrible experience. read more

Ok, yes dr reyes is a little tough but your not going to find a better dr. He may be a little rude at times people say but I've never had 1 problem with him. The man gets things done and faster then any doctor I've ever had. It's worth the wait to see him, why do you think he's overbooked, cause everyone wants to see him read more

Went to Dr. Reyes yesterday for the first time and cannot emphasize how good a physician he is: he spent an hour with me - AN HOUR! He was friendly, informative, relaxed and thorough and when he gave my sheet to take to the lab, it contained 18 different functions. I jokingly asked if I would have any blood left, and he reassured me that, yes, I there would be plenty left. Very happy I saw him! Dr. W. David Goff DC read more

Bad dr, very rude , unprofessional. He made me feel like I was I pet at a vets office. I had to walk out in the middle of the visit because he was being very rude and we were talking in hallway becauseand all of the people could hear everything. I would not recommend him not even a one star. read more

I love Dr. Reyes he's a very good doctor so much so that I switched my daughter's over to him. He always accommodates our appointments and addresses our health concerns gets referrals approved promptly and does follow ups. I have no complaints and his staff is super nice and friendly. Plus they're open later than other dr offices so that is especially great. read more

After recently moving into the area and my employer changing health insurance provider, I was forced to find a new doctor. The only good thing about this practice was their office hours that allowed me to come after work, but that was the only positive aspect of my visit. Bring cash, because he doesn't accept debit or credit cards for copay. If you are a business, from a donut shop to a physicians office and you only deal in cash, you better have enough to make change. I had to leave to find an ATM because they couldn't break a $100 bill off of a $40 copay. Maybe they could have told me ahead of time when they confirmed the appointment, but they didn't call to confirm. I had to call them the day of to confirm my own appointment. It all felt very unprofessional, the Dr was walking around micromanaging his staff of no less than 5 assistants. While he wasn't berating them, he came off as very arrogant. There was a family getting their daughter a physical before me so they could enroll in the local school system. He was taking their verbal history and asking questions that completely violate patient privacy in the waiting area. When it was my turn I was taken to a tiny exam room where he interviewed me from the hallway. No privacy at all and a complete violation of HIPAA laws. He didn't conduct any physical exam of my complaints and sent me out the door with no less than 6 prescriptions after talking to me for only 5 minutes. Never mind that he walked out of the exam room before I could finish my conversation with him and he was yelling down the hallway to one of his assistants to call in my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional. I found another doctor the next day and didn't bother showing up for my follow up appointment, not that they called to confirm it or anything. read more

I walked in to my appointment and literally walked right back out. This Dr. Is absolutely awful. He is rude and demeaning to patients and employees. He literally scolds people as if they are his children. His office is disgusting. It smells is dirty and is Completely hideous. His staff operates in a completely cluttered office space; similar to a hoarders home. Do not even waste your time. This place needs to be shut down. One star because the app gives me no other choice. Sad excuse for a Dr. read more

This dr whacko wants to jiberish and schedule me every two weeks and never address my medical issues at hand only keep pescribing me the same thing over and over . Maybe if i brought him tequila food or drinks like his other patients maybe id get attention to what i really need ?? Its wrong and that was my last vist ! Ps.. he deserves no star!! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr Reyes was late to MY appointment, and the staff were very rude about it saying that he hasn't come back from lunch yet. I left without seeing him after waiting 45 minutes. When I did see him on a different day, he was the rudest and most condescending provider I have ever met. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

I liked it because they gave me good service, very friendly nurse and very efficient doctor

This doctor is not only late, he is absolutely the RUDEST doctor, I have EVER met (and I am a nurse) He treats his patients like children. I would not recommend him to ANYONE!!! read more

This doctor is the worst doctor, never trust your child with this man. Because of his horrible business hours I had to take my daughter to the emergency room, to get back into school she needs to have a doctors note as she is on crutches. I called and spoke with the doctor after discussing the issue with the nurse. This RUDE man said so this is an urgent request my response was yes. His response was then I will see her at 9pm on Thursday that is btw is in two days. I will never let a person like him be a doctor to my child. Can't trust him at all. If you love your family members read all the reviews they are negative and first hand experience are not false. I will most definitely be reporting him to my insurance carrier. read more

Appointments rarely are seen on time, the doctor is often late. His staff however is so awesome, always trying to manage multiple tasks and heavy patient load with great courtsey, I really like them. Although, doctor is not the most timely man, he is a good doctor, he is on top of each of my issues and did not hesitate to get my referrals out to specialist promptly or get me the care I needed in regards to bloodwork, testing and scripts. A good option about this office are the PM hours they are open from 12-9pm m-th! read more

This doctor is terrible!! Took me two days to get ahold of someone to make an appointment . On the phone I was told that once they reviewed my insurance, they would call back within 30-35 minutes........ Four hours later finally got the call and was told that I couldn't get in to see the doctor for another two weeks out and was referred to an urgent care. This place left a bad taste in my mouth and i'd advise anyone who is considering this man as their primary Doctor, to not! Keep looking. read more

Dr Reyes is a Great Dr. He is, as I say "old school," One who actually cares about his patients and their well being. Qualities that are sadly hard to find anymore! I highly recommend him! read more

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. I scheduled my appointment for 7 p.m. I got there early to fill out paperwork as I was a new patient. He announced that he was going to dinner! I was taken aback by this. When I expressed a little dismay, he glibly replied, "Well, I have to eat." He should have scheduled me for a different time if he wanted to eat at 7 p.m. I know there is an old adage that says, "You wait for the doctor; the doctor never waits for you," but this was out of line! I went to see him for an overactive bladder. I asked if I could submit my urine sample before he left because he locked up everything except the waiting room. He then handed me a RED PLASTIC DISPOSABLE PARTY CUP - the kind you purchase at the grocery store! He did not label it with my name, nor did he cover it. He also put it at the edge of a table where someone could have easily knocked it over or mistaken it for lemonade. That cup is designed for drinking! I felt very uncomfortable and left to go to the ER. He later called me and asked me to return, to which I said, "NO! You don't have patients pee in a cup you purchase at Sam's Club!" He said that he didn't know "what the big deal was." Unbelievable. Profoundly unprofessional! read more

Not timely seeing patients. Always seems over booked. Doesnt seem to know what he's doing. I would not recommend him to anyone.

My first time writing on yelp. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr David reyes (the quack) has such an unprofessional business and very unsanitary one as well. This place is horrible. I find out I'm pregnant and I started bleeding and cramping and trying to make an appointment to see this doctor. I chose him because it was close to me which was a bad idea. I should of checked reviews out first. I finally get an appointment which was in 2 weeks so I had no choice and went to the ER. I was in pain couldn't wait that long. Having test done at the hospital, I was suppose to have a follow up appointment. Then I get a call from Dr David reyes office telling me they're canceling my appointment because they are over booked l. Being a pregnant woman that is having medical issues, you think this doctor would put some effort in seeing me. so the nurse wanted to reschedule another appointment but I told them no, I found another doctor that would give me proper care. I'm glad I'm changing doctors. They give patients no privacy in the office because of its ridiculous small size. And women, don't get papsmears there, the nurse that used to work there told me they put supplies on trash cans because there is no space. That is completely disgusting and I was shocked when I heard this. Anyways good luck for thoses who are going there I just wanted to share my experience with this place. read more
