Nataliya immediately put me at ease! She was kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire cleaning process. We decided to find a Pediatric Dental Office here in Simi Valley that also had orthodontics, and that's when we found Kids Dental Pals & Orthodontics. My boys had their first appointment yesterday and it went very well. The office staff is very friendly. The waiting room is spacious and great for kids. They had little iPads attached to the walls with some preloaded games, some magnetic tiles, and a fun sensory/stem wall which would be great for toddlers. My oldest ended up needing 4 fillings, and he's never had a filling before, so we were glad to now be at a Kids Dental Office with a Dentist who knew how to make the experience as stress free and pain free as possible. They used laughing gas to help keep him calm and relaxed while working on his teeth. My son did great there and walked away with no complaints about it. Dr. Alex P was so great with my boys. He was fun and engaging with them, and helped them both get their little toys from the toy wall after. BEWARE, they dont back up their work. i had a few chipped teeth repaired and 5 months later the…read morecorner broke off one while eating doritos. i reached out and notified them but was told that even if it happened the day after the repair, i would have to pay the full amount to fix the tooth again. i understand i was eating doritos but they are not tough chips to eat. she didn't stop to ask anyone or take a beat and say, "let me see what we can do for you". just a hard no. in the past i had a similar issue with a different tooth from eating and that dentist repaired it at no additional cost and has been solid for years. which is very disappointing because in the past i came here for two+ years before returning as a patient last year. i was asked to make an appointment to have it fixed and pay again but no thank you. ill be taking my business elsewhere.
