Ouray Silversmiths asked us to send the ring back and took full responsibility for the failures of the ring but refuse to give us a refund. They now have the flawed ring and over $1500 from us while they hide behind the excuse of "no refunds for custom work" - even if the work results in a ring that isn't fit for purpose and left lacerations on my fiance's finger. Update - the jewelers "reasonable measures" at resolving this were to 'fix' the ring after we'd asked for a refund and then try and bully us into taking it back, which given the pictures they shared (see below) to prove that it was fixed, they didn't even do correctly - not really reasonable for a engagement ring that should last a lifetime and didn't even make it a month. Over a year later and still no resolution - although the owner and his friends do spend plenty of time trying to silence any negative reviews of this business - this review probably won't last long!

I just gotta say, when you first walk in don't be fooled folks. It may be small but it's mighty and has many of the services and office supplies you'd expect at a larger office supply store! Seriously...they pack, ship, copy, print, fax, laminate and so much more than office supplies galore! Need a P.O. box? They've got that. Need some dry cleaning? The Town of Ridgway sadly doesn't have a dry cleaner, so get this...you drop off...they'll take your stuff to Montrose and you conveniently arrange a pick-up time back at their store...how cool is that? Need some cool and unique gifts? They've got you covered! Need your coins counted? Yep, got that too. All in all this office supply store is DA BOMB! And y'all know how much I love to support small businesses! Store owners Spencer and Erin were super cool, professional and extremely helpful. Miko's is a wonderful and a life saver. My Galaxy phone's screen was broken and based upon a…read morerecommendation from a friend, took it to Miko's. Miko examined the phone (it was late in the day) and said he could get a factory replacement screen from Samsung overnighted in and have the phone back to me by the next day. Sure enough, he had it repaired and fully functional by noon the next day. It has worked flawlessly ever since. Great service. Great tech. Would highly recommend this business.

They had a replacement screen, and we arranged transportation logistics for the 1.5 hour one way trip from Telluride to Montrose and back so as not to distrust our skiing. First screen replacement was defective so they had to order another. Delay in getting the replacement. Finally got the replacement late Tuesday and received the phone back on Wednesday. Very nice woman called to apologize and arrange for payment. Despite the delays, I would recommend.
