We had a service that was acquired by this disgraceful company. Support limited not portal to…read moremanage or check your service. A few weeks ago they called me to tell that they need to upgrade my service and a tech would attend my house at an agreed time. They never showed, no one ever called until over a week later. Today they emailed me to tell me that they cant upgrade my service and they will terminate the service on the 13th of August. To get NBN to my property I need to go through our body corporate to get approval and actually get someone out to conduct the work. We now are up that creek all because they could not manage their own business properly, done thier due diligence and given reasonable notice so that customers could find an alretate provider.

They now have the flawed ring and over $1500 from us while they hide behind the excuse of "no refunds for custom work" - even if the work results in a ring that isn't fit for purpose and left lacerations on my fiance's finger. Update - the jewelers "reasonable measures" at resolving this were to 'fix' the ring after we'd asked for a refund and then try and bully us into taking it back, which given the pictures they shared (see below) to prove that it was fixed, they didn't even do correctly - not really reasonable for a engagement ring that should last a lifetime and didn't even make it a month. Over a year later and still no resolution - although the owner and his friends do spend plenty of time trying to silence any negative reviews of this business - this review probably won't last long!

I needed to have my fused wedding/engagement rings and a right ring finger ring re-sized. The staff at Adjewelation Jewelry were very helpful and professional. Although not cheap, the workmanship was top-notch and I am completely happy with the results.
