This scam shop said it was too late to get credit for a part the mechanic said was defective from the get go and we hadn't used it--provably so. Called to explain the situation to Dana Perez, the manager( quite possibly the rudest and most disagreeable person I've ever encountered in business),and she said,"you could have your mechanic lie" to which I responded, "you could sell defective parts again and again" to which she responded as if she was the honorable party. Warning... Do not do business here!!
