The guy that came to get the tote threw a fit, slammed it around before throwing it in his truck. Highly unprofessional. Wont do business if it was the only trash company around.

He lives in in another state, and visits his house next door occasionally. After trash service mentioned this, I told my BIL that he couldn't do this. He has since used another service. Yet, multiple times since, the driver has refused to pick up my trash accusing me of having the neighbors trash included with mine. Apparently, the driver said I always have just 2 cans out, not 3. Which, by the way, only TWO are out this morning. This is absolutely not true. There are weeks I put nothing out, and weeks I've put 4 cans out. Twice I had to take my garbage to the dump myself because the driver would not return and pick it up. I've been pretty patient, but this morning, I made it clear the driver needed to get their act together. The gal in the office said she didn't want to be in the middle because the driver is an assistant and said she is cancelling our service. This is the craziest thing. I couldn't possibly be the only person having this issue.
